The ignorance of this redneck piece of trash if anything, it seems that ppl (atheist or anything other than "christian") would have more to worry about from the christians b/c human history shows just how bloody & violent they can be.

It's just unfortunate that so-called "christians" like Robertson get the platform to speak & promote their foolishness, while the real christians who know better are seemingly overshadowed. Other christians need to shout him (& others like him) down & let ppl know this is not how they represent their religion.

I just remember always thinking the 700 Club was like a "church show" and then one time I didn't change the channel when it came on and I discovered what it really was and I was FLOORED.

The extremists in anything get the attention unfortunately. MOST people are not that way, but it's not a good a story to show regular people being normal
