I took care of some enchantments in the midnight plaza, so I am gonna bother Brandon about starting his next training tournaments. :) I'm now so I am gonna go find something to do. :p

all right people.....

we need to get serious. The GoL are definately mobilizing....and ive been warning you all in not so many words for weeks now. we just encountered WhiteStar......a new and powerful member of GoL who we have not seen the last of......and its OBVIOUS that he is only the beginning.

i have said many times before that we should NOT rest on our laurels..and look what happened in AHBL.

i dont want this to happen again.


......the ONLY two people who are on leave are Titania and Riana and they have not informed ME that they are officially returning to duty yet....but i still have Enchantrah, Storm, Sati and Brenthon.

Storm and Sati-- i need you to be making sure that new members are contacted via pm and advised to read the important information threads (get into the groove and guidebook for the infernal legions) AND to make sure they are completing their first trainee task which is the selection of a character type and submission of a character bio.....be sure to refer them to the FIRST post of the "official member registry" for an example of how to format their bio and advise them to PM the completed bio in final draft form to Riana, Titania , Myself or Enchantrah.

Enchantrah, you are to help with the approval of bios, the filling of enchantment orders AND to monitor the "parthenon" open traning thread. make sure to close it down when it reaches 200 posts and begin a new Parthenon (with the appropriate numeral after it). also monitor for any gross errors in fighting or use of powers, spells, tailsmans etc.

ALL Of us are answering questions in the crone's cave.


Ikaris is making sure that MoE stays uncluttered of old threads and such.

Brenthon and Titania (when she returns): you guys HAVE to start callling training sessions more often and monitoring them. close them after 72 hours and deliver critiques. members have to start getting b ack into the groove again. Ikaris has agreed to help me with Training..but he too has projects in this game he is hosting......so the REST of you need to let me know NOW....if you are here to help get us back in gear or not.


** ALL Dire Wraiths and Evil Incarnates are REQUIRED to appear in the Hollow's Crypt for a Round Table meeting with the MoL**

I'll start training sessions tomorrow. I'll run them one at a time until EoF ends... then two. They'll be at intervals of four days, three days of actual training and one for me to review and critique.

Brandon, how will be your training regime? if mine's too rigid or too close together, I can relax it... if you want to coordinate our sessions to alternate or whatever, i don't mind ;)

Farrah, don't be afraid... ;) you can drop any other task on me as you see fit. :thumbs:
 
alrighty will do Farrah, ive been on it usually but it seems a ton of new members have joined
 
I was thinking about starting a different kind of training that was much like Dark Phantasy.. It will take longer, but it is getting hard to choose members for training tournaments when so many are in EoF ya know...

This is my scenario..

Choose 5 or 6 members.. I am going to take them to the Xavier Institute where they will meet the New X-Men team and some New Mutant recruits which include my son ;)

Something will happen they will end up fighting the mutants and the villains in the story line, etc.

I will call it Shadowed Path ;)

I have been getting in touch with the newbies... many of whom I know anyway.

Oh, and... Trent and I can grant / take away Gil at the moment... I don't know if Tru / prue will be making any changes to that yet.

Btw you guys I'm doing really great, still a bit sore here and there from the delivery, that might take a while but other then that both Fleur and me are good, I'm planing on being more active soon that means I want to be part of training again as well :D

I will send you guys a pm when I'm ready and able to attend (these weeks are a bit busy with lots of friends and family coming by to see Fleur and me)

Ikaris, can you please remove all the character types we agreed upon from the "catalogue of species" thread as well as their power tables from the "species power table" thread? add in the new ones , making sure that all their power tables are firmly defined.


Titania, can you take the new spells created for the Darkhold and add them in? make sure the author gets proper credit and follow the posting format.

I'm going to make sure the member roster is updated.

Sati and Trent, check up on our newest members via pm. make sure theyve announced themselves and compelted their first trainee task. direct them to make appearences in the parthenon training thread.


Brenthon, can you get some new training sessions going? with Eye of Fire wrapping up....those members will once again be required to participate in training.

Riana, im going to contact Kris about having you, Titania and willblade to assist me with giving access to covens in GoW.

Enchantrah IF there is anything that you see needs updating or attending to, if you can handle it, please do if I need to do it, please point it out to me and ill get on it. thanks so much for your help!
 
Sounds like a plan to me hun, it will be good if we would be able to grant access to the covens, takes some of the stress away from you ;)

Just let me know if there is anything else you need me to work on (and I'll send you some new banners a.s.a.p.)
