Going into labor

Hi huns,

Well it seems the time has come.. this little one wants out and it wants out now.. I'm having contractions and they are now 30 mins appart.. this means the baby will probably arive sometime today.

I'm in a lot of pain right now (it's managable) so I just wanted to let you know you won't see me around for a couple of days ;)

Little update from me, labor stopped last night but has picked up again.. contractions are now in between 30 mins. so it seems this littel one is deciding it's time.. we'll see

Okay huns here's the latest scoop on the baby status..

It seems this little one isn't ready to come out just yet.. I've been having false labor for 2 days and wednesday night they decided to keep me in the hospital so they could check up on me and the baby and make me sleep (I hadn't for 2 nights).

So they gave me a shot in the leg to make me sleep and hooked me on to a monitor to check up on the baby and any possible contractions.. none came and the baby was doing great.. so I slept the whole night and went home the following morning (thursday).

I'm still very very tired and I've been laying in bed all of yesterday.. I will do the same today cause my body is really telling me to rest (and who am I to not listen to my own body right) ;)

The docotrs told me the baby will come when it's time so this can last upto 3 weeks max. from now.. I'll keep you all posted but for now I won't be around much.

you just make sure you do what the doctor says and REST YOURSELF until its finally time. ;)
 
Okay little news one the baby status ;)

Well like i've allready told Farrah in a pm I wasn't doing so good yesterday.. I was pretty worn out and hadn't slept well in days.. I've been having contractions on and off for 2 weeks now and believe me they break you down.. I had my midwife come over last night and she gave me something to sleep and relax.. that helped alot and I'm feeling much better today now that I had a good night sleep..

The doctors were thinking about speeding things up but since this is a risk for the little one (cause they give you powerful drugs) I decided not to do this and wait some more.. I have to go for a check up this next thursday morning and they will go look again.. if every thing is well then they will do a specially thingie to speed things up a bit without the use of drugs.. (I won't go into to much details but it has to do with the uterus)

Okay.. so I'm here... not very active but I'm around.. sleep is what I do mostly tough I want to get out from time to time and catch some fresh air...

I'll keep you all posted on this whole baby thing and when this little one arives I'll be showing you all so many pics of the first MoE baby it will make you all sick !!! : devil :
 
We are all looking forward to the pics hon, so take as many of them as you want! We will be happy to look at the pretty baby.
 
Okay hunnies... well it's for real now.. my water broke around 5.20 am this morning (Europe time) this means the baby will be born with in the next 24 hours ;)

I'm having contractions now but their managable... we'll see how things go.. one thing is for sure.. I will be mom by the end of this day or at the latest early tomorrow morning.
