Tattoo's: What & Where?

Alrighty, so whose got tattoo's or wants one? I've got a tattoo on my left outter ankle. I got it last year in August and I adore it! Its a half sun/half cresent moon face. My artist Gary used 14 different colors upon it, not including the outline. It took about two hours but it was worth it! It contains so much detail, my friends at first thought it was fake.

I've always loved the sun and the moon, each of them represents something of myself. The sun is full of warmth, light, life. While the moon is full of mystery, darkness, a dark side. I feel both aspects make up me.

Born upon a cusp having both Libra & Scorpio sun signs, I'm build upon the two. And the moment I saw the tattoo in the book I thought that really reflected myself.
 
I have a shirt with that same symbol on it ;) The moon is a variety of blue and purple colors and the sun is yellow and orange.

Don't have any and don't want any lol. But i do have ideas if i ever did happen to get one done. I'd get either a crescent moon with a star inside the loop, or a triqueta on either my shoulder blade or ankle. I'd also probably get my symbol (moon and lightning bolt) somewhere as well ^_^ hehe.
 
i dont have any but I would like one or two as long as they look good and not trashy, if I did have one, even though its not possible I would like on my right hand like green rose vines with buds scalling around my fingers and top of the hand and maybe up my arm. Also one on my back of a sun and moon attached together in my upper back corner
 
I like tattoos but I don't have any, I've been thinking about getting one for a while but I decided not too.. if I would have had one placed on my lower back in some kind of celtic symbol...
 
I have five tats. A set of bear paws on my wrists in black, a tribal fire design on my left leg done in black, a Tigger on my right pec and three interlocked triangles done in purple on my right bicep, symbolizing Fate. I would like to get another but am not surewhat I want other than something with mystical meaning behind it.
 
i have a tattoo of "sailor mercury" posing on a rock in the midst of ocean waves on the small of my back. its NOT as large as it might sounds. its smaller than the palm of my hand..........and its no mural or anything.

ive had it since 1996.
 
I have one on my upper hip, almost on my waist. It's actually in Chinese and it says "Little Tiger". It's goes back to a family nickname, which is why I got it. I don't even know what I want to get next.
 
I'm planning on getting a tattoo when I'm 18. My parents think I'm crazy to even think about getting one, but I'll probably want to get my name written in Chinese somewhere on my ankle or shoulder blade. It could change in 3 years. I have a lot of time to think about that... (lol)

Still countin down the days...
 
If I would have one, it would be a butterfly and it would be on my shoulder.....
 
I'd like to have one and will make it (one day) but father probably will freak out when he discover it, I dunno where i'll do it or what yet. It can be a athame surounded by a red rose, or the horus (the egypt eye) or maybe a lil witch, I didn't decided yet. If u have any suggestion, please I'd like to know :D
 
I think Tattoo's are a fashion thing right now.. when I look around I see so many young girls who have them along with piercings.. this wasn't the way it used to be a couple of years back.. the thing that stops me from getting one is that I see myself as an old lady with an tattoo.. hmmmz not a pretty sight ;)

but who knows since everyone has them nower days we'll all be old people with tattoo's one day :p
 
I want a tatoo to but I can't get it untill I'm 18, what it will be.....I dunno yet I think a chinese or celtic symbol.

My mom has two great tatoo's tho......I'm so jealous........
 
My father didn't like tattoos but what can I do if I love it :D Since I was a lil girl I want to have one (at least), one thing that scare me is the pain :S
 
That's what I have too, but you know what they say...... you can't only have the fun parts in life ;)
 
It's true... Maybe one day I'll decide to make one and only talk about it with my father when it'll be done :D
