Well, I looked around the web, outside your one source using most all the names and programs and such I could and found very, very little information supporting what was written in there.

He was more than likely not a racist seeing that much of his efforts were for a predominantly Asian population afflicted.
Mycoplasmas are small bacteria without cell walls that can be harmful to humans, but most often in the form of pneumonia. I saw nothing correlating it with AIDs or similar diseases. And though I personally am no biologist, I do not believe they would be useful as a 'transmitory agent' because usually when one cell is used to carry something from another cell, it has a wall to keep it in, for example in artificial insemination when can be blanked and genetic information can be controllably inserted, but these cells have walls, or at least membranes. The real thing was 'reverse transcriptase' involving enzymes in cells, and also known as 'species jumping' which can create viruses detrimental to the human immune system, but a connection wit hthem and AIDs has only been suggested, no RESEARCH has proven that AIDs could be developed as such.
Federation of American Society for Experimental Biology exists to this day and IS a part of the cure, not a cause.
The influenza virus affected the entire world, it was a known disease before the 1918 pandemic, but was more prevalent due to poor conditions in WWI, harsh winters, and genetic shift. The influenza was NOT altered by man at that time. And the fact that whoever the person was used the term 'human primate' leads me to question everything he has to say.
Nearly none of the names on the site seem to be well-documented despite being 'nefarious doctors' or 'authors' or 'publishers'.
Operation Paperclip did not include biological testing; it was chemical and technological, mostly tests on ballistics and missiles. Much of the results of this operation are now public knowledge.
I found nothing on State Department George McKennan's so called eugenics supporting ideology.
The Visna virus is the equivelent of HIV in sheep, that is why it is similar.
Carlton Gajdusek researched kulu (in New Guinea) and mad cow disease, which although degenerative, are not particularly related to AIDs.
I found nothing about the Special Virus campaign outside of websites, mostly following the doctrines set forth by this one, which was the work of one Boyd E. Graves who is no more than a civil suits lawyer and once navy officer suing over the accountability of the US Govt. to the AIDs virus, I wonder if maybe there is profit in it for him? He has no medical, genetic, or biological bg. But a legitimate look into the matter has been taken by the US Govt. since after 9/11 in 2001. It has been 5 yrs. and nothing new has been found, Graves and his supporters have introduced little to no additional evidence.
The CIA's Technical Service Division deals with gadgets, disguises, forgeries, secret writings, weapons, and research on interrogation methods. NOT medical diseases, their corresponding drugs and what have you.
John D. Rockefeller III was a member of the prominent family and was not tied in with the govt. although his son was a Sen. but he died in 1978, less than a decade after he was claimed to have been 'population czar', he was 64-72 in those yrs.
Dr. Robert Gallo's research into HIV/AIDs was highly successful, but clouded by monkey origins.
The USSR would have no reason to make a pact with the US to eradicate the Black Population seeing as such a population is minute in Russia/former USSR and the two nations were still involved in the Cold War in 1960-1970. Also, Nikita Kruschev was an outspoken UN Rep. from the USSR who ultimately had little effect, was not on friendly terms with the US, and did not have connections with such reasearch or racist goals. Also, if the pact pertained to Africa, the AIDs epidemic in Africa and the US are believed to have occurred seperately.
Is that enough research?
I did not mean that there were not people who would support the idea, but just not people with the power and authority to carry it out. The Nazi research as I pointed out before on American soil was NOT medical, biological, or genetic.
Like I said in the previous post, I definitely agree that AIDs more than likely has existed for centuries, and I don't doubt it has been researched, but I do not believe it has been cultivated nor purposefully released on any facet of the American population. AIDs was doubtfully created for use against blacks and homosexuals because it is equally transmittable among races and sexual orientations. Not to mention, it was already known that sickle cell anemia was extremely detrimental to people of African descent, especially outside fo Africa (where it does benefit in protecting against malaria). Also, hepatitus B was already doing severe damage to the more noticeable gay community, only due to a recognizable promiscuity (I do not mean all gays are promiscuous or other people did not contract the disease, just that promiscuous gays were suffering the disease), which is why experimental cures were used COINCIDENTALLY at the same time as HIV/AIDs became serious.
HIV/AIDs in the US and in humans is believed to be sseperate from the disorder in primates. And the part of Gallo relating to primates and HIV/AIDs took place AFTER the 1972 administered drug.
And around the time of the occurance, both the Civil Rights Movement and the Sexual Revolution had been successes and people were already gaining significant equality and amalgamation with American general understanding. A government leader would be a fool to tie himself in with such research in modern times as support for such a thing would be exponentialy plummeting and the reprecussions and risks would be massive. Starting with JFK and LBJ in the 60s, these two men did large amounts (esp. LBJ) for rights movements, especially for African Americans and America was swinging towards such a manner in unison. Then Nixon, Ford, and Carter I hardly see the intent of such an atrocity on any of them, nor do their terms of office reflect any reason to believe such. Yes, AIDs was used as anti-gay propaganda, but that means only that belligerent people (esp. in the South, esp. 'strongly' religious individuals) treated it as such. It is not a judge of the character of Nixon who could not do anything about because there was at least SOME opposition, he didn't want to take a side on a divided matter which could be detrimental to his support and any re-election, and information on th ematter was ambiguous and unknown.
Yes, I could be wrong, but I hope I am not. I strongly think that the US govt. had nothing or VERY little to do with the beginning og the AIDs epidemic. It is most likely a long existing disease that becmae far more detrimental to humans, as has been the case with many pandemics, epidemics, and plagues.
