This is disgusting. I would call this girl an ANIMAL, but that would be insulting to actual animals who behave better than she does. Worse, all those ADULTS who stood by & nobody did ANYTHING to stop this?

Now I actually had to watch the video. Holy crap! When that girl comes back and starts kicking her in the face?! Those kids need their parents to give their asses a beating.

How did no one step in? It went on a long ass time.

The teen hell-raiser has a troubled past and a long rap sheet that includes arrests for stabbing her brother and beating up her grandmother, who took out an order of protection against her.

Neighbors said she has a 1-year-old daughter and severe behavioral problems.

Well at least some of those unruly brats are being held accountable. But I still place a fair amount of blame on the ADULTS & on-lookers who stood by or even CHEERED! What if that had been their daughter/sister/neice/friend? It's not clear if someone even dialed 911 during the assault.

I DO believe in "bad seeds" & I think that girl from the earlier video in this thread is a prime example of that.

I'm not sure how much the parents are to blame for a child-parent who is capable of stabbing her brother and stabbing her brother.

This type of behaviour isn't isolated as others also attacked the 15yr old girl and even more stood there and watched.

Personally I think the issue is societal - shared and accepted behaviour.
