Character Image: Evangeline Lilly

Physical Appearance: There are no words to describe, Sasha’s ethereal beauty. With a beauty to match her recognizable, angelic voice, Sasha stands at a medium 5’6” and a wonderfully lean, yet curvaceous 125 lbs. Wavy dark brown hair and conflicted sea green eyes, compliment her for a very sultry, passionate look. Thanks to her workaholic attitude, Sasha is always touring. Her vigorous onstage dance performances and strict diet, keep her in shape. Also regular training with athletic trainers and a sparked interest in martial arts that she had since the age of 10, also helps keeps her quick and agile. Sasha also enjoys a very natural hourglass figure that is curvy, yet muscular.

Favoring a very glamorous, Hollywood look, Sasha always steps decked out in smoky, cat-like eyes, full red lips, and wavy, voluptuous hair. Onstage Sasha is known for her barely there, sexy costumes; often sporting bikinis, tight pants, miniskirts, and various other articles of clothing that cement of an image of unchallenged sex appeal. Offstage, Sasha goes for a very sophisticated business look. You can often see her donning the latest designer trends and fads, in fact before they become popular, being the one to spark public interest.

Personality: Despite her public image, Sasha is very much a quiet person. Focused, ambitious, and driven, however, Sasha is not one to let an opportunity pass her by. One thing Sasha and public image do have in common is their ability to speak up and be passionate about various subjects and facts of life. When the time arises, she can be brutally honest and blunt, telling it like it is. Her sense of humor can often be dry and sarcastic, but everything to her is very fluid. She possesses a very analytical mind, planning things ahead, and often succeeding in her ventures. Sasha has a natural ability to charm those around her, her sweet voice is part of it, but her natural charm is what draws people to her.

A lot of people tend to joke about her uncanny ability to wrestle out of suppression and forge new paths for herself. Like water, she can push her way and carve through even the direst of circumstances, to emerge even stronger then before. Everything she has acquired through out life has been given to her though pain, struggle, and suppression, like water she is stubborn, slippery, and powerful.

History: Sasha grew up in a very icy cold environment, Alphonse and Aribelle never showed any of their children affection. And when it came to having kids well… each birth was planned. Their first daughter Sasha was the first of a long line of Kane children who would grow up to be just like their parents: cold, calculating, and ruthless. Alphonse was a very successful real estate mogul who was based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He made it no secret that when he had his eye on something he wanted, then he most likely got it. The same came to romance. Alphonse met Aribelle in a casino in Monte Carlo; she was a quiet, but witty socialite at the ripe age of 18. He bought her drinks and from that moment on they dated. They married two summers after meeting each other and exactly a year later, Aribelle became pregnant with Sasha.

As the oldest Sasha took the hardest hit of all. From birth etiquette, duty, and worldly knowledge was drilled into her head. She was to act like a proper lady always and live up to the family’s proper reputation. 3 years later, little Ava was brought into the world. She was given the same criteria to live by, but didn’t have the same responsibilities that Sasha had. The two girls were mirrors of their mother’s icy beauty, but unlike their parents they seemed to be alien to their personalities. Sasha, when not around her parents, was a playful, mischievous girl with hopes and dreams of becoming a ballet dancer. Ava too was different from her parents. She was quiet, shy, and studious; she didn’t have the same ruthlessness Alphonse and Aribelle had.

Five years after Ava was born, Conrad and Carleigh were born. Conrad seemed like mini Alphonses and Aribelles, and when hungry for attention they would sabotage Ava and Sasha. They received the same education, but the twins seemed to take it to heart the most. Anyone could see they were the best choice to take over the family when it came time, but Sasha still seemed to be the one to benefit the most with inheritance. Alphonse and Aribelle believed in structure and planning, so they planned for Sasha to attend Harvard after high school. That dream seemed to fall through when, at the young age of 15, Sasha decided to take a joyride in her father’s Ferrari. She crashed the luxury car into the sea and injured herself almost fatally. Her best friend Tallulah, who was with her in the car, died at the scene of the crash as the paramedics tried to revive her.

Sasha was quickly rushed to the hospital, and emergency brain surgery was performed to relieve pressure on her brain. Finally she stabilized and 5 more surgeries were performed on various body parts to repair shattered bones and burned skin. Despite the surgeries, Sasha slipped into a 6 month long coma. When she woke up, everything seemed to had been changed. Sasha had to learn how to walk, talk, and write all over again. For a year she went through intense physical and mental therapy. She finally went back to school on her 17th birth day. She seemed back to normal, but she also seemed withdrawn from her peers. But more importantly, she had acquired special powers, powers that enabled her to control and manipulate water. Scared and terrified of herself, she went to her doctor, a top surgeon at MysTech. He referred her to Adam Chandler and Christopher Victory. Little did she know horrible experiments had been performed on her while she was in her coma and when she woke, more and more experiments would be perform to “control” her newfound powers. She begged her parents to help her or even kill her, but they seemed more then okay with the two men’s painful experimentation on their daughter. Reason? Alphonse and Christopher were old friends who had grown up together.

Soon she decided to runaway from her vicious family and the MysTech facility that her father, Adam, and Christopher had planned to imprison her in. She borrowed money from a friend and had an entombed tank built. She surrounded herself with water. For years she hid from Alphonse, Adam, and Christopher. She only surfaced when word got to her tomb’s caretaker that Christopher and Adam had been destroyed. She knew her father was still indirectly involved in MysTech, but Alphonse seemed more terrified of his daughter then ready to recapture her. Sasha took charge of her life again, and began to rise as a pop star using her genetically altered voice which resembled that of ancient legendary sirens from myths. She recorded 5 Grammy Winning, Multi-Platinum albums and performed in 15 sold out world tours. After the hysteria over her 5th album died down she decided to start a record company naming it Aqua Sound Records.

Aside from her success, Sasha decided to focus on her powers. With the help of highly paid professionals she learn to control and use her powers through meditation, martial arts, and various other techniques. She didn’t exactly know the origins of her powers, nor how much damage it could cause, but she knew she was most powerful near water. Also she discovered she had a need for Hydration, more then the normal human. She relocated her Hydration Tank to Los Angelus and she locked herself nightly in the water tomb. She can quickly dry out and become dehydrated if she doesn’t watch herself.

A year ago, Sasha found that her young siblings had been “donate” to MysTech for experimentation. With the help of hired spies and intelligence agents, she found her siblings in a facility in Wyoming. Both her two sisters and brother’s genes had been altered, but most of all they had been brainwashed. With her team, Sasha went to save her family from the evil clutches of MysTech. When she got there she found, her brother, Conrad’s power had evolved and developed the most. He was 18 at the time, young and agile. He out of all her siblings seemed to hate her the most. The two fought a bloody battle, but in the end, Sasha barely came out victorious. She tried to convince her surviving sisters to leave, but Carleigh stubbornly fought against Sasha. Tired and drained, Sasha, unwilling to kill another loved one, gave up and came close to being destroyed by an electron blast that had been thrown her way. However, Ava jumped in the way, finally realizing who Sasha was and remembering her affection for her. The electron blast hit Ava and with her powers and senses off guard the full powered blast injured her fatally. With that, Carleigh disappeared without any remorse and with the help of MysTech she disappeared off the face of the earth. Ava then lay dying in her sister’s arms. Ava asked her sister to absorb her life-force and powers. At that time, Ava was very powerful in the element of earth. She could create earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, ripped land apart in crevices and gorges, and control continental and tectonic drift, through absorbing her sister’s body moister and essence, she absorbed her powers and strength. Sasha still searches for Carleigh and hopes to get through to her only living sibling, but she know it’s almost an impossible feet.

Powers: When Siren woke up from her coma, she woke up with the ability to control and manipulate the element of water. Her power revolves around water based substances. She can create and control Tsunamis, regular waves, and various atmospheric moister and precipitation such as rain, snow, hail, drizzle, mist, and clouds. She has a limited control of weather during storms and she can pull water from the atmosphere on a humid day. She can blast her opponents with Aquatic Blasts, Hydrogen whips, and crushing waterfalls. She can drain and dehydrate her opponent with just the tips of her fingers at the same time energizing herself. She has lightning like speed while she is swimming in water and she can breathe just as well as any fish while underwater. Siren has been given the angelic voice of the Sirens from Ancient Myths. Her voice can both be alluring, enchanting, and beautiful and screeching, deafening, and mind numbing. Now she is beginning to attempt to master the element of earth. Thanks to her deceased sister she can now create earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, ripped land apart in crevices and gorges, and control continental and tectonic drift. Also she can now create rock and mudslides, trap opponents in quicksand like mud ditches.

Weaknesses: Siren must be regularly hydrated like a fish. Since she is primarily human, she can last longer then the typical fish. At night she sleeps in a hydration tank and she drinks gallons of water regularly through out the day. It’s an illness she has learned how to control through out the years, but it’s still a weakness.

Extra Attributes: From the age of 10, Sasha has nursed an addiction to martial arts. She has studied boxing, karate, sword fighting, Judo, Tae Kwon Do, and Ninjutsu. She’s well on her way to becoming a master. Through meditation and exploration of her mind, she has developed a heighten sense of intuition meaning she can sense powerful beings, auras, and energy.

Black Widow
well thought out. ties in with The Six's world very well and is a good character, imo.
The beat of chopper blades through the air slow as the machine shuts down, and Haleigh steps down onto the helipad on the roof of Liquid Crystal Images. Haleigh strides toward the direct access elevator, looking the corporate mogul part in her designer suit. Her executive assistant Jennifer is waiting for her in the elevator. Haleigh smiles, takes off her Emporio Armani sunglasses and steps in, the doors shutting behind her and sealing them in privacy.

"Brief me."

Haleigh says brightly, obviously in a good mood. Jennifer nods and passes a black folder to her boss as she details the day's agenda. "You have a mission brief at 1400. Black market dealer in Albania acquired weapons grade plutonium... the CIA called... they wanted to ask you to steal it.... AS IF you weren't already going to."

Haleigh nodded. "I heard about that. What's the matter, the US military can't do it?"

Jennifer smiled and replied: "Well... apparently the president has all the S.E.A.L.s out looking for weapons of mass destruction in Afganistan."

"STILL? I thought I sent him the memo."

"That Bin Laden gave all his WMDs to the boogeyman, who then hid them in neverland? Yes... Bush didnt seem to find as much humor in it as we did."

Haleigh laughed, as she finished skimming the black folder and closed it. "Anything else?"

"Yes, actually. Sasha Kane of Aqua Sound Records has set up a meeting with you... she wants to draw up a contract with LCI to cover all her album photoshoot needs. BIG deal to close, and she's asking DIRECTLY for you."

Haleigh shrugs as the elevator dings and opens, having gone down to the executive floor of her building. "Alright... when she gets here, escort her to my office."

As she entered the building she can feel the charge of engery... even from the bottom floor. Her eyes scanned the modernly decorated lobby completely ignoring her assistant's aimless rambling. Her eyes then connected with Deacon... her head of security. She nodded her head letting him know that she would do this alone, but to stay on call just in case. Her heels clicked on the floor as she steered towards the front desk.

"Hello... I'm here to see Ms. Davidoff for a meeting. I'm Sasha Kane," Sasha asked introducing herself politely. It seemed like a lasting curse that her parents had left on her. She was indeed, unresistingly polite thanks to her ridged, proper upbringing.

"Ms. Davidoff is expecting you, Ms. Kane. I shall show you to her office," the receptionist replied quickly gathering some folders in her arms. She removed the handsfree earpiece that she wore when answering phones. She began to lead Sasha towards the elevator.

"Hannah you stay here... I must do this alone," Sasha replied gesturing to Deacon. "Deacon will show you towards the car. I will meet you down there when I am finished." Hannah objected at first, but Deacon was there to catch her and lead her towards the front doors. Sasha followed the receptionist toward the elevator. They both stepped in and she they were soon on their way to the top floor. Thankfully Sasha had gone through a Hydration Session an hour before. She was feel engergized and powerful.

Haleigh relaxed into her black highbacked leather chair. Her left top drawer opened, and she looked into it.... and mentally lifted a half dozen metal tipped darts out of her desk. She stared at the back of her office door at the dartboard, as the first dart lobbed toward the board, thirty feet away and landed just outside the innermost target circle. Haleigh eyed it, adjusting her aim and mentally flinging another. THIS time it hit bullseye, and she proceeded to fling three more lazily as she waited for her meeting.

Her lobby assistant opened the door unannounced, and Haleigh quickly reached up and snatched the last floating dart from the air before EITHER woman could see, shaking her head, but not irritated enough to scold the woman right in front of a possible customer. As Sasha Kane walked in, Haleigh gestured for her to sit, realizing that she hadnt researched Kane and suddenly feeling like the name sounded familiar. the computer on her desk popped up a window and began searching for any files on the woman as Haleigh greeted her.

"Good Morning, Ms. Kane. My name is Haleigh Davidoff. Can I get you anything to drink?" She asks, to start off, as she places the last dart on her desk and glances at her computer. Sasha is from LA... a place Haleigh was familiar with.... Cameron had come from there and Haleigh herself had been many times. "You are enjoying New York, I trust? It's a bit different that L.A.... but just as glamourous, believe me." She continues with a wink.

"I've been here many times before... my father would often come here for business trips. I grew up in Philadephia... but I guess I can now call Los Angelus my home. Near the water and all," Sasha replied with a slight smile. She took a seat in the chair in front of Haleigh's desk. No one really knew the real reason Sasha based herself out of Los Angelus. Everyone just assumed it was because of her music and the glamour that came with it. No she needed to be near the water to feel strong. "Water would be fine... it's nice to meet you Ms. Davidoff."

"Okay lets get down to business... I have 3 up and coming artists. They're gonna be really huge. We need to negotiate a contract for album and publicity photos. As you know..." Sasha replied all business. She placed her briefcase on the desk and pulled files for ASR's newest clients. "Aqua Sound makes it's money on catering to the artist and the public. I need these pictures to be hot, yet comfortable for each of my kids. Whatever the price."

Sasha smiled politely, her posture straight to perfection, and her expression purely professional. A glass of water was place in front of her. She took a long sip and placed it back down on the desk. Her fingers hovered over the rim of the glass tracing a circle in the air. The water spinned with the motion. She looked back up snapping her fingers back placing them into her lap.

Do your homework Sash... if she's who you think she is, she could help you find Carleigh,
Sasha thought and her senses snapped on reading her aura. Haleigh was indeed a very powerful being. Engery seemed to buzz around her. Much more powerful then she had sense before in the lobby. Ah... then I'm guessing I shouldn't underestimate her.

Haleigh's eyes flicked to the screen, as she queued searches for references to Kane, Philadelphia. She politely payed attention to Sasha as she talked about what she was looking for, nodding reassuringly. She DID notice the water swirling peculiarly in Sasha's glass, but continued to discuss the business at hand politely. She had worked with mutants before without incident...

"Well, as you no doubt have already been told, Liquid Crystal Images employs only the best photographers, and we are commited to meeting our customer's every need. I have COUNTLESS contracts with individuals in the entertainment industry... SERVERAL of whom are close personal friends and SWEAR by me and my product."

Haleigh read the results of her search without even looking at the computer now.... skimming over them.... Alphonse Kane.... real estate... PA.... associates with.... CHRISTOPHER VICTORY?! Relation... FATHER! Haleigh stood abruptly, her young face contorting to one of anger, her body language tense like that of a threatened animal.

"YOU... have NOT been honest with me.... YOUR FATHER was in league with some very BAD men... and it is MY experience that STUPIDITY runs in the family... I dont know WHAT you expected to gain from this interaction.... but I think we're DONE here. You may show yourself OUT now, Ms. Kane... or ELSE!"

the metal tipped dart that had lain on her desk for the last few minutes suddenly leap into the air, poised and ready to be thrown, a cursory warning for Sasha in case she thought to get cute.

Sasha's expression did not change. Her own defenses went up as the water in her glass began to bubble. She was ready for anything and anyone. Her sea green eyes followed the motion the dart. It didn't exactly make her nervous... she had trained with martial arts master since the age of 10 and she could dodge knives, darts, daggers, and swords with speed and precision.

"I have not spoken to my father in 7 years... not since the day he and Christopher tried to put ME in a cage like an animal. Christopher destroyed my family... thanks to him I've had to kill my brother and watch my sister die," Sasha said with a controlled voice. Everytime Christopher's name was uttered she had another reason to connect herself to any source of water within a 30 mile radius. Good thing the harbor just a couple of miles away. Maybe I should come to New York more often.

"You're right I haven't been honest with you, but not in the way you think," Sasha replied standing taking a deep breath ready to use her genetically altered voice even if it was for lethal purposes. "A very powerful mutant is on the loose thanks to MysTech.... her named is Carleigh Kane. She is my sister. She almost destroyed me 4 years ago at MysTech facility in Wyoming, but she killed our sister Ava instead. I came to you to ask you to help me find her... there are rumors that it is your specialty. Fighting and destroying rogue mutants."

She smirked slightly adding, "But if you'd rather spare... I can find help elsewhere."

Haleigh's hand slammed down on the bubbling glass of water, and it instantly FROZE SOLID.

"I don't know WHAT you've heard about me... but you have NO idea what you've gotten yourself into, little girl." Haleigh snarled from across the desk. "I don't give a damn WHAT your sob story is... because frankly, I've heard all the REALLY good ones, and I've even got a HELLUVA one myself. You see, I've got Mystech to thank for a LOT of things. I had a partner... whose MYSTECH employed FATHER put ME in a cage, tortured me, made me a FREAK of nature, and DESTROYED my life as I knew it. Well, this partner of mine, when we first met, I didnt trust her.... she even went so FAR as to MURDER HER FATHER... oh yes... she had EVERYBODY snowed... but if its ONE THING you can't escape, that's DNA, honey.... and I'm not ABOUT to make the same mistake twice... Now I ASKED you... quite politely, I thought, to LEAVE... and you didnt... so you'll have to forgive me.... for EXTERMINATING YOU!"

Haleigh seemed beyond the point of no return, and the door leading out of her office SLAMMED shut, followed a split second later by a whoosing sound.... as ALL the darts that were previously stuck to the board lodged themselves now into Sasha's BACK.

Sasha groaned and reached back to pull a handfull from her back. She looked up out the glass window that seemed to line the back wall. The harbor was in veiw, just a few miles away. Finally she let out an ear piercing scream. A rain of shattering glass began to fall on the both of them. Glass exploded, shards coated the ground. She look back at Haleigh with a controlled, lethal gaze.

"I'm sorry we could not come to a compromise, Ms. Davidoff," Sasha replied waving her hand. A pilar of water began to raise from the harbor and bridge across the city. The pipes in the wall began to rattle as the water fought to become free of their metal restraints. The pilar of water finally crashed into the high rise building doing further damage, bombarding the metal frame of the skyscraper. Water filled the room, flooding the room rising up to their waists. "Now we can do this the easy way and both of us can backoff or we can do it the difficult way and continue to destroy each other. Now if this water rises anymore you will drown. I can breath underwater... I'm assuming you can't."

Haleigh recoils, giving a short gasp of pain as Sasha screams. A pair of Active Noise Reduction ear plugs materialize in Haleigh's ears, protecting them from the glass-shattering, blood curdling decibel.

"Girl, you've got a set of LUNGS to you."

Haleigh said, undaunted as the water rushed into her office. She leapt across the her desk, grabbing Sasha by the throat and slamming her forehead down onto the corner of the desk with such incredible STRENGTH, it was obviously supernaturally enhanced. She held Sasha's head down on the desk and raised her left hand, in which appeared a hunting knife.

"Not as sorry as you WILL be.... and go AHEAD.... assume away!"

Haleigh said, standing waist deep in water, as she brought the knife down upon Sasha.

Sasha groaned as the desk seemed to crumble beneath her. She breathed in sharply taking in the pain and enduring it. She riggled out of Haleigh's grip. She grabbed Haleigh's arm and twisted it behind her. She pulled the knife from her hand and tossed it out of reach. She then slammed Haleigh chest first against the wall holding her firmly in place. She set the tone of her voice to a enchantingly, venomious waterfall of words, "Now my dear... I guess I am forced to do this."

The water began to the rise. The pressure began to build to bone crushing levels. Sasha, however, was built to endure high levels of water pressure. The water seemed to devour them and as the water left no room for breath, Sasha smile slightly letting go of her opponent. She began to swim out of the room as if she was cutting through thin air. She exited through the broke window and surfaced above the water outside. Water gathered around her creating a platform for her to stand upon. I told myself I wouldn't underestimate her. There are no complete endings.
