Bobbi Kristina Brown's family reportedly told to prepare for the worst

& its almost 3 years to the day that Whitney Houston died...also being found unconscious in a full bathtub.

Her daughter is only 21 years old, just starting out life, but I must say....she displayed some really ugly behavior across social media toward Angela Bassett over the Whitney Houston biopic she directed, which aired on Lifetime two weeks ago.

Has she woken up? I've not really been online this last week so I don't know.

It is such a shame, I see similarities between her and Peaches Geldof and also in a way myself. This isn't an emo post but I have and to an extent am still struggling with the death of my own Mum who has only been gone a year. There are some paths you go down and you don't realise how far gone you are. Losing a parent is bad enough but to lose a parent in the circumstances that she did will only heighten things.

I didn't see the biopic? Was it bad? I know if anyone did anything to dampen what I thought was my mother's memory, well to borrow a phrase from Loki. Trust my rage.

I forgot to watch (whoops) but Angela Bassett directed it and since she actually knew Whitney, I would think (and hope) it would be pretty accurate.

I sometimes wonder if Whitney had never met Bobby if she would still be alive

Bobbi Kristina hasn't awakened & it's likely that she wont. Doctors are urging Bobby Brown & the family to prepare to say goodbye. Cissy Houston flew into ATL to see her granddaughter.
TMZ has, of course, played up the rumours that Bobbi Kristina's family have been brawling in the hotel over her, etc. Her [disputed] husband, Nick Gordon is the prime suspect in a criminal investigation now as well.
The latest CONFIRMED report is that Bobbi Kristina's family is having some kind of "vigil" (complete w/ a title) @ a large venue & it's open to the public. When I read the details, i kind of cringed. I feel like Whitney Houston wouldn't want this @ all. Ppl were commenting on the story saying that the Brown family would charge for parking spaces, sell t-shirts & bbq plates @ this "event" if they could.

I too forgot to watch the biopic on lifetime, but I also had high hopes for it, since Angela Bassett was producing/directing it. She knew and worked w/ Whitney & I think Angela would be sensitive to alot of important details. Plus, the film was only covering a certain portion of her life.
When Whitney passed away, she left her entire estate to her daughter. Bobby didn't get a penny (and he didnt deserve any either). Her current situation seems very suspicious to me, so I hope the criminal investigation does uncover some facts.
But alot of reports before this incident suggested that she was absolutely miserable w/ out her mother. This, on top of what she grew up witnessing (domestic violence, drug abuse etc). I feel badly for her AND her grandmother, Cissy. To lose a daughter AND possibly a grandaughter like this??
