Are the weapons that can be purchased from the "Item Shop" be used in battle?
 
Well, I think this should be posted in general game questions. And yes, they may be used
 
any item in the item shop is specifically for Generations of War. once you buy them...........they appear in your attributes field as a little graphic. :)
 
There was this one item I brought which heals abnormalities and I'm wondering if I can use it to regenerate my lost arm because somebody just blew it off..(I think you already know who he was..:D)

yes.......i would think the sudden loss of a limb would qualify as an abnormality.......if another DW, EI or Ikaris needed to correct me or if a Dark Mastrix or Elder had any insight ....they certainly could let me know but for now.....go ahead and use it to restore your arm.
