I really wanna know, is Secret strong enough for you? I'm always curious, especially every time I hear a joke about it on some TV series "Alright, I realize that while Secret is strong enough for me, it's made clearly for you!!"

So, is it strong enough for you? (You can try the unscented if you don't want to smell all girly ;)).
 
i dont think any man on this board would even COP to using Secret deodorant lol, unless of course it was "BRENDA"! :haha:

i certainly dont known any men who would confess to it.
 
The long and short of it is this: if you get drunk and high and end up some girls house naked with your clothes washing in the morning, you use whatever deodorant you find in the medicine cabinet.:shrug:

Thank you for sharing! :D Cause I've always wanted to know if it was just false advertising, since they had all the jokes and stuff =)
 
I have no idea what Secret is but I have worn women's deoderant before because it has less of a lingering smell than male's. I generally find when you wear a lot of male deoderant it over-powers your aftershave and I way prefer to smell of Jean-Paul Gautier than of some "extra fresh" smell they pack into anti-persperant.

Plus there's been times where I found myself staying in girl's houses unexpectedly (90% of my friends are girls) and I needed to use it in the morning or go without.

its a long running and popular brand of deodorant/antipirspirant in America. for DECADES the tag line has been:

"Secret, strong enough for a MAN but MADE for a WOMAN!"


now as a woman, i USE Secret lol, the platinum line (clear gel deodorant/anti pirspirant- the ocean breeze OR baby powder fresh scents) because they do work very well and there's no risk of my getting any of the white residue on my clothing.

ive smelled some men's deodorants like speedstick and rightguard and they are WAY too strong in their scent...and they even have a "musk" scent :eek:
 
Ah I see. And yeah, when I get anti-persperant, I want one that doesn't smell. As I said, I spend a lot on aftershave, I don't want it to be drowned out by some hideous "manly" smell that ends up reeking.

I was recently caught short in EXACTLY the same way, lol. And another time (after a great night out....) I stoped over a 'friends' house and had to use her leg razor (different/new blade) on my face in the morning as I had to get to an interview that same day and had no time to get home... in fact I went the whole hog and used pretty much everything from facial gel to very fruity and womany' moisteriser....:D

Say it all together now 'freak'.

But out of choice no I would rather my Manly brands with manly musky scents.
