Zach moved in to ‘fix’ Ash’s hair, and to tell her quietly that she was, in fact, always ethereal, as she’d asserted yesterday before the party. Then he offered to kick Alek’s ass, just for looking at her. She stepped closer to him, her hand traveling up his chest, a smile just for him. Suddenly they were the only two people out on this terrace.

Ash: I think your exertion is put to better use elsewhere, don't you think? And you might hurt your hand.

“It’d be worth it.”

He replied, as she stroked his hand. He was already determining the quickest way to get her out of that dress when Ava snuck in out of nowhere with the cockblock. Zach was too polite to tell her to fuck off, even though really and truly he wanted Ash alone, without the third wheel to distract them.

Ava: Now, now, Zach. Do I detect a hint of jealousy? Don't worry...he didn't touch her. She was screaming my name all night long.

Ash: That's right. She has a very flexible tongue.

Zach scoffed, unsure if he was relieved that Alek had been denied the privilege, or envious of Ava for having kept Ash from him last night. He couldn’t be too mad about it. He’d spent the night — and the morning — with Morgaine. He wondered what Ash would think of that. He was about to find a way to casually mention it, but then he completely forgot what he was going to say, because Ava and Ash were being sexy as fuck right now and it was difficult to think about anything else.

Ash warned Ava to be careful, because they still had work to do and she was already turned on from the catwalk. Zach was ready to lie and say he ran out of film and storage space, just so he could cancel the rest of the photo shoot and get these two ladies taken care of. Ava told Ash to let her know if Alek kept bothering her, then off she went, and just like that the opportunity slipped away. It was just as well, he could focus on Ash like he originally wanted to. Unfortunately her focus was now roaming around.

Damn you, Ava....

Ash: Oh, is that the York girl? Maybe I ought to introduce myself.

Zach turned to find the Yorks had indeed joined them out here on the terrace. He leaned back against the stone balustrade casually.

“Sure, if you want to waste your time. She’s not your type, and besides, you’ll have to introduce yourself to her mother as well. Dina never lets the girl out of her sight. Oh, but I bet she’d be relentless in her attempts to get you to agree to mentor her daughter in modeling.”

He warned, because friends don’t let friends get blindsided by Dina York.

Ash: We still have those pictures to take, though, so maybe I should leave my evening open? I suspect Ava will be entertaining Captain Caveman again.

“Obviously the drugs are clouding her judgement.”

He quipped, and then he shrugged, because Ava was a grown woman in charge of her own well-being. He moved on to the more important topic.

“But yes, your night would be much better spent with me. There’s a cigar and brandy lounge on the third floor, it’s got the proper decor for a photo shoot with a sexy huntress. You’ll have to be responsible for your own wardrobe though.”

Casa de Spectra

:: Cassandra was helping to make sure that everybody was comfortable and seated down in the gallery. While she didn’t need to distribute drinks and the like, she still wanted to. Happy people made happy customers which made a very happy Sally [and hopefully Drew]. As she handed a flute of champagne to one of the buyers, she noticed Carla Fox waving at her. Cassandra nodded and excused herself. ::

“Enjoy the show! It will be fantastic as always.”

:: Cassandra hurried over to Carla, answering Zizi’s wave with a wave of her own as she passed by, and clasped her hands in hers. ::

“Ms. Fox, how can I be of service?”

:: Carla laughed. ::

Carla Fox: “No, dear, I just wanted to see how you were. I couldn’t help but overhear what that boorish man said to you last night.

“I make it a point not to let words get to me.”

:: Carla squeezed Cassandra’s hands. ::

Carla: “Good for you! I personally think that you’re doing a great job as Sally’s assistant.”

“Thank you so much.”

:: Just then Sharon Kelly’s voice sounded out, signalling everybody to their seats. One last hand squeeze and Cassandra made her way to her assigned chair where her ever-present companion, Maxie, waited. Picking up the small animal, Cassandra cuddled her and set her down in her lap. The show was about to begin. ::

Here it goes…

:: Cassandra was both nervous and excited for Drew. She knew that he had put in A LOT of work into his designs and she really wanted him to succeed. As the models came forward, Cassandra looked around at the people gathered, trying to gauge their reactions. Are they pleased or were they disgusted by the designs? As far as Cassandra could tell, the reactions were positive. But then, this first batch were SALLY’S designs. What would the reaction be to DREW’S designs? ::

Sharon: “Ladies and Gentlemen, the exclusive first look at designs from Sally Spectra's protege, ANDRE.”

:: Cassandra took in a deep breath and crossed her fingers for luck. It was now the moment of truth: will Drew and his designs swim…or will they sink faster than the Titanic? ::

:: She needn’t have worried. Drew almost got the same strong, POSITIVE, reaction that Sally had gotten! ::

“Yeah, Drew!!!”

:: Cassandra stood up and clapped wildly for her friend. The reactions were all positive. ::

This is such good news. Drew must be beaming!

Sally: “Thank you all, so much! Now...for those of you who wish to leave, the cable car will be ready in 10 minutes. For those of you who wish to place an order, Cassandra will be on hand in the lounge to assist you!”

:: At that, Cassandra took her leave, bringing Maxie along with her. The young woman was rarely seen without her kitten by her side. ::

*whispers*: ”Let’s go, Max.”

:: She made it to the lounge with seconds to spare before she was bombarded by people wanting to place their orders not only for Sally’s designs but for Drew as well! As she began to take orders, Cassandra noticed a very startling trend: Drew’s designs were in higher demand than Sally’s!! Though she was ecstatic for Drew, her heart broke for Sally because she knew that Sally would be disappointed by this. As Sally was leaving to accompany most of her guests down to the cable car station, Cassandra managed to catch her and tell her that she had gotten half a dozen orders so far. Cassandra would wait until she got a private moment alone with Sally to break the news to her. Cassandra headed for the office to handle all of the new orders and requests that she had taken. Sally found her there. ::

:: Cassandra took a deep breath and told her that Drew’s designs were in higher demand than hers. Cassandra watched carefully for Sally’s reaction. She tried to be upbeat for Sally, even telling her that Dina bought TWO of her designs as well as one of her designs for Elizabeth and one of Drew’s designs for Elizabeth. She also rattled off some more data but it was quite clear that people were more interested in Drew’s designs than they were Sally’s. ::

:: Cassandra could see that Sally was not happy with the data because she was noticeably off. But Sally wanted her to finish up what she was doing, so that’s what Cassandra would do. She was just finishing up something when she got the call that Dina York wanted to order some [more?] dresses. ::

“Okay, I’m coming.”

:: Cassandra left the office and went back to the gallery where she found both Dina and Zizi. With her hands clasped in front of her, Cassandra listened to what Dina wanted and then excused herself for a moment to go backstage and consult Drew for a private fitting for the Yorks. She came out and led the Yorks backstage to the studio where Drew was waiting. She stayed near in case she was needed for something and busied herself with answering emails on her phone – which was already blowing up with requests for both Sally and Drew’s designs. ::

<< There she stood, leaning against the wall. If she'd been her normal self, she would've detected Andre's approach by now, but she was definitely lost in thought.>>

“Sally?”

He slowed as he neared her.

“Are you okay? Is something wrong?”

He put a hand gently on her arm, looking into her face questioningly.

<< she jumped a bit, raising a hand to her chest as she finally opened her eyes to look at Andre.>>

Oh, Andre, darling you scared me.

<< He might have thought the champagne was finally getting to her, but that wasn't the case.>>

<< sighing, as she relaxed, she looked at him for a moment.>>

<< He was a sweet boy, unassuming, well meaning. Every body deserved a chance, and a hand up...and she'd give that to him. Maybe now, it was time to say goodbye, and let him go. She'd kept his secret all this time, but sometimes, a person needs a chance to reset, and leave his or her past behind.>>

Today was a good day, wasn't it?

<< She stood up from leaning against the wall, and took a step closer to him, before turning to look through the window to see Zach, Sharon, Dina, Elizabeth, and her "girls" out on the terrace.>>

You're on the radar, darling.

And this was but a PRELUDE of what's to come.

<< She looked at him, and smiled, but he could see a difference in her eyes, her over all facial expression.>>

Sun rise.... << to him>>.....sun set....<< referring to herself.>>

<< FLASH!>>

...DOLLAR SIGNS.

Like a scribe that weaves a tale, or one of the sister fates, spinning her tapestry...we boys and girls in the rag trade HAVE to do our part to ensure that ELEGANCE and STYLE remain apart of fashion.

Cassandra gave me the sales totals.

<< she reached out, and gently cupped his chin with her hand, nodding with approval>>

You did very well for your first official outing.

<< But there was more, Andre could feel it. >>

I had positive feedback from the first group of buyers. They placed substantial orders for their boutiques at the Parthenon and on the west coast. Of course there was Dina, who ordered from both of us.

But the old "ready to wear boys"...the ones with dollar signs in their eyes...they weren't so receptive.

<< Sally repeated their words, and Andre could see the grim, displeased look on her face as she did so.>>

"The styling is too high end, too complicated, and frankly....TOO OLD for today's market."

<< Oh how INSULTED she was by that.>>

Not ONE order from them.

<< She moved past Andre, and began to pace around slowly.>>

They went on to tell me...in their own not-so-subtle way, that I am PAST IT.

Ashley was noticing the York girl, who actually looked like she'd made an effort today. But regardless, with that amount of money in the bank, she could wear neon spandex and still look damn attractive. She mentioned her to Zach, to see what effect it had on him. Less than she had anticipated, in fact. Though maybe he was just playing it cool - he was trying to wave her off the girl, after all.

“Sure, if you want to waste your time. She’s not your type, and besides, you’ll have to introduce yourself to her mother as well. Dina never lets the girl out of her sight. Oh, but I bet she’d be relentless in her attempts to get you to agree to mentor her daughter in modeling.”

"Yecch."

Ashley made a face.

"Train the next girl to stab me in the back and take my place? No thank you. I mean, I love Morgaine and all, but she set herself up with Ava."

Ash was now trying to decide if she wanted to go out by being eaten by a lioness or shooting herself with her own shotgun.

"Though I am not above pretending to want to mentor her to get her into bed. You know what they say about the quiet ones..."

She tilted her head, appraising Elizabeth once again.

"I bet she's real eager to please."

Her eyes flicked back to Zach then, as if she remembered she was in the middle of a game with him. She reminded him about her photos that they needed to take, and suggestively asked if she should keep her evening open, hinting that maybe more than photos would be taken once they were alone. Especially if Ava was going to spend another night with Alek the Cro Magnon Man, and she said as much to Zach.

Zach said:
“Obviously the drugs are clouding her judgement.”

She scoffed.

"I know. I don't know how she convinced me to be in the same room as that knuckle dragger. Oh, yes I do, black mail and pills."

Zach said:
“But yes, your night would be much better spent with me. There’s a cigar and brandy lounge on the third floor, it’s got the proper decor for a photo shoot with a sexy huntress. You’ll have to be responsible for your own wardrobe though.”

A smiled that could only be called mischievous spread across her face, and she reached out and trailed a finger down his bearded cheek.

"Oh, that won't be a problem, at all."

She leaned a hip towards him.

"But brandy lounge sounds perfect. We'll be drinking the brandy, right? Or should I bring a bottle of something? To warm us up?"

Her seductive gazing was interrupted by the York girl coming over to where they were standing. And she was holding a cat. What the fuck was up with this place and people with cats? But still, she was virtually the princess of New York. She was pretty sure they had named the fucking state after her family. So she turned that alluring smile to Elizabeth.

"You have a nice pussy. Can I stroke it?"

She reached out and rubbed the cat behind its ears.

"I'm Ashley. I hear you're interested in modeling. Stop by my room if you want some pointers."

She put a hand on the girl's arm, then let her finger trail lingeringly down it. With a last look at Zach, she turned and slinked back towards the others. Ava had returned with a drink in hand - and hadn't brought one for her, she saw. Bitch. It was Ashley's turn to come up behind her. She put her hands on Ava's shoulders, and rested her chin in the crook of her neck.

"How about when we're down we grab a bottle of champagne and take it to your room? Blow off some steam?"

The Studio

When the show was finally over, and he could breathe again, he thanked all the models before they headed outside for some photos. He was going to do some quick fittings for Dina and Elizabeth York before going out to join them. But he made sure first to tell Ava how gorgeous she looked.

"I only wear them, you and Sally create the masterpiece."

He almost blushed at the compliment, coming from her. And then she touched him, and his heart stopped.

Ava said:
"But two sheer dresses in one show? Tell me how you really feel, sweetheart."

The way she said it, with a playful giggle, set his heart and other appendages aflame.

"Like I could be your slave, my future wife."

He cleared his throat.

"I have a few designs you might be interested in, if you want to look at the sketches later?"

Then he watched her rejoin the rest of the KMA models. His silent reverie was interrupted by an arm going round his shoulders, and Ashley asking to wear his dress in public. That one looked as if it were made for Ashley's Scandinavian features.

"Any time you want to wear it, it's yours."

She surprised him with a peck on the lips before she followed the rest of the girls outside. It was shaping up to be a hell of a day. He had fitted the Yorks, then joined everyone outside. Zach was looking for Sally to join them in the photos, so Andrew offered to go find her. And he did, inside, looking a very un-Sally-like dejected. He asked her what was wrong, with genuine concern. This was not like her at all. She jumped when he spoke to her and touched her arm, which surprised him even further.

Oh, Andre, darling you scared me. Today was a good day, wasn't it?

He nodded, still curious about Sally's state.

"You certainly announced yourself with a bang, Sally. Every look was a winner - and that finale dress on Morgaine? I was blown away. I could never put on a show like that. And what you did for me? I'll never forget it, never."

He smiled warmly, gratefully, at her.

Sally said:
You're on the radar, darling. And this was but a PRELUDE of what's to come.

"Thanks to you."

Sally said:
Sun rise.... << to him>>.....sun set....<< referring to herself.>>

"Don't say that. You are still the queen of fashion. You proved that today."

Sally said:
Cassandra gave me the sales totals. You did very well for your first official outing. I had positive feedback from the first group of buyers. They placed substantial orders for their boutiques at the Parthenon and on the west coast. Of course there was Dina, who ordered from both of us.

"All fantastic. More than I could have hoped for, and what I would expect for you."

Sally said:
But the old "ready to wear boys"...the ones with dollar signs in their eyes...they weren't so receptive.

He looked incredulous.

"What? Why?"

Sally said:
'The styling is too high end, too complicated, and frankly....TOO OLD for today's market.' Not ONE order from them.

"You're joking. How could they say any of that? Ask any of the girls - they loved your designs. There was nothing 'old' about them!"

Sally said:
They went on to tell me...in their own not-so-subtle way, that I am PAST IT.

Andrew started to pace, clearly unnerved by what Sally was telling him.

"Surely, this is something personal. Because it just doesn't make any sense. From a financial point of view they would stand to make a killing from your designs."

He looked at her and spoke plainly.

"Could it be Cameron King and his meddling?"

The Terrace

Her mother had deconstructed the photo shoot that was happening, trying to get her to watch how the models were posing. And she was...sort of. But she kept watching Zach as he moved around them and instructed them on what he wanted to get his shots. She had scooped up the cat she had met the day before and was petting it, and it seemed content in her arms. She tried to stay out of the way, but then she saw Zach stop photographing Ashley, and it looked like he was just chatting to her. Though maybe "chatting" was the wrong word. She could tell from her body language that she was being suggestive, and Zach was eating it up. When her mother was preoccupied trying to get Sharon Kelly's attention, Zizi walked over to where Zach and Ashley were standing.

"Hi Zach! That shoot looked amazing. Can I see the photos?"

She turned to Ashley, who, though they were the same height, seemed to tower above her. She really was amazingly pretty up close, and her presence was intimidating to say the least. Zizi could never be sexy like that.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Hi, I'm Zizi."

The model was looking at her oddly, and there was something unsettling about it. Zizi swallowed.

"You have a nice pussy. Can I stroke it?"

"Uh, pardon?"

She threw a confused and slightly nervous look at Zach and then back again to Ashley. The model reached out to pet the cat Zizi held.

"Oh."

She let out a nervous kind of laugh.

Valkyrie said:
"I'm Ashley. I hear you're interested in modeling. Stop by my room if you want some pointers."

And then Ashley ran her hand down her arm. An innocent enough gesture. But something about it made her uncomfortable, and she fidgeted. The cat must have picked up on it because it wriggled in her arms until she put it down on the ground. She turned to Zach and tried to make a confident smile.

"That was weird, right? It seemed weird."

From the Gallery to the Terrace

" And I feel...like I just got home!"

<< she "sang" in her mind as the special mix of "ray of light" played for her. Sally had arranged this moment for her, and she'd be lying to herself if she didn't admit how wonderful it felt, to know that she still had "IT".>>

<< As the show concluded, and she pulled off the Showstopper as only she could, they were soon back in the studio, where Sharon and Zach joined them.>>

<< Everyone was feeling that rush of success. >>

<< Morgaine wrapped her arm around Ashley, squeezing her close for a moment.>>

You were right.

<< she said quietly.>>

<< Sharon arrived and commended them all for a job well done. KMA once again nailed it, and through word of mouth, as well as the write ups from Carla Fox and Cameron King, more business would come both for the whole group, and for individual contracts. >>

<< Sally arrived, and everyone gathered around her as she loved on them, and they returned that love.>>

<< Zach soon ushered them all outside for publicity shots, and Vivica began to let the secret be known about where she was to her followers online.>>

<< Andre was with them, and soon, Dina and Zizi were out on the terrace watching them as well. Zizi had an adorable little cat in her arms. It made Morgaine think of the kitten in her suite. She'd need to go check on her soon.>>

<< Morgaine was rather quiet, a contrast to Vivica, Jackie, Ava and Ashley, but her overall presentation showed that she was definitely HERE for this moment.>>

<< She overheard parts of different conversations. It was going to be a HOT weekend for sure, and why not? Now that the work was done, it was time for them to enjoy themselves in this world away from the rest of the world.>>

<< And what would Morgaine do? Well...she'd already allowed Zach to convince her to have an ENCORE to last night's "meeting" ;) Beyond that, it was as Ava had said....why worry, just live in the moment!>>

<< As Zach called out some directions, and the models, along with Sharon, preened and posed.

<< After a few solo shots, She posed with each model from the KMA family. Not some generic look, each shot was something unique. She made sure to show love to newcomer Jackie too.>>

Morgaine to Jackie (as Zach took shots): See? I told you you'd do just fine!

<< The last pose she did was with Ava. The original, and her successor together again.>>

<< Soon they all took their places in a coordinated, panoramic shot, standing in the background at various points, and in different posts, behind Sharon, who was in the foreground. >>

<< Honestly, she was thinking about asking Sally if she could stay here for a while. Coming back to the states with Ashley, and being in the same state as the rest of her KMA family, while staying out of reach of people like Cameron was appealing to her. She could always get to the KMA building, or her sister models if they needed her, and being here with Sally and her beloved "strays" would ensure that she wouldn't be alone anymore.>>

<< Speaking of the "strays", Andre, went to get Sally, per Zach's request, and while Morgaine had a bit of downtime during this last photo shoot, she took a moment to look up at the sky. She thought of her mother, her sister, and her fiance'. They lost their lives in the sky...over the sea. Not a day went by that Morgaine didn't wish that somehow, someway she could see them again...she'd give anything to hear them....just once more.>>

<< But as her mind began to drift, she was brought back to the moment, as the winds had picked up a bit, it was now breezy.>>

Do you hear that?

<< she asked no one in particular, as the distant rumble of thunder rolled through the sky.>>

Sounds like a storm is coming in.

<< But Casa De Spectra was a very strong, sturdy structure, full of luxury and comfort, so there was nothing for them to worry about....right?>>

Seer said:
<< As Morgaine pointed that out, She was unaware that at this moment, she and everyone else on the terrace were being captured on film, but NOT by Zach.>>

"You're joking. How could they say any of that? Ask any of the girls - they loved your designs. There was nothing 'old' about them!"

<< He was sincere, and Sally appreciated that.>>

Ohhhh they don't care about art. They care about dollar signs.

<< She turned to face him again.>>

Andrew started to pace, clearly unnerved by what Sally was telling him.

"Surely, this is something personal. Because it just doesn't make any sense. From a financial point of view they would stand to make a killing from your designs."

He looked at her and spoke plainly.

"Could it be Cameron King and his meddling?"

Oh it's DEFINITELY personal, darling.

Men like that DON'T like women like Sharon and myself. They don't like That we were able to build our empires and thrive by doing things OUR way.

They also don't like that Sharon's models aren't brainless bimbos who will jump into bed with them believing THEY could further their careers. One of them was put in check by Ava last night. He was the same one who told ME I was "too old" to be in this business any longer.

Any chance they see to take a pound of flesh, they will.

<< She puts her hand to her forehead, and shakes her head>>

But Cameron King? No...I don't think he's in on it. He's a slippery little EEL , but he's always been an ally. He needs us just like we need him.

His problem...is Morgaine. But as far as that goes, he's out numbered. Neither Sharon, nor myself will allow him to make light of her tragic loss.

<< Sally largely stayed out of the feud between Morgaine and Cameron, but if he went too far, and somehow caused any negative publicity for the House of Spectra, she'd have Alek punt him off the nearest cliff of the mansion :D >>

<< She looked at Andre for a moment.>>

Don't you worry about me, darling!

I've been in the rag trade for a long time.

I didn't get where I am by being naive, or thin skinned, OR easily discouraged.

Sure...I get hit with a curve ball every now and then, and I have to regroup, but it'll take more than one rejection to bring Sally Spectra down for the count!

And when the party is REALLY over for yours truly?

I'll STILL be the "diva with diamonds!" I'll have plenty to enjoy in my waning years, and I'll watch, as you carry on, using what I've taught you.

<< She sounded more like herself as she nodded with reassurance>>

But I don't think it's time for me to get off the ride just YET....and I'll be damned if I let some pompous stuffed shirt tell ME when I need to go!

Now then, what did you want to see me about?

Andre: Oh, Zach is asking for you on the terrace! He wants some pictures.

Sally: Well, let's not keep the boy waiting!

<< She accepted Andre's arm, as he escorted her to the terrace to join everyone else.>>

Well, here I am, Zach darling!

<< She noticed Dina and Elizabeth. She went over to both of them for a moment, reaching out to gently pet the cat in Zizi's arms. She smiles at Zizi>>

Ahhh, I see you've found one of the babies that lives here. She must like you! She usually doesn't like to be held too often!

<< She looks at Dina>>

I'm very happy that you and your daughter will be staying with us this weekend, Dina. You made some excellent purchases. You and and your daughter are gonna be all over the high society columns at the Fire and Ice ball in your Spectra...AND Andre originals!

<< Zach called her over to where the action was happening>>

I'm here, Zach baby....and YOURS!

<< A little teasing joke, as only Sally could deliver.>>

Seer said:
<< And As Zach requested Sally to join the shoot, she did so, bringing her flare and energy to the mix. The only people who knew she was not terribly happy just now, were Alek, Cassandra and Andre. >>

<< with Sharon and Andre flanking her, the KMA models assembled around her for a special group shot.>>

<< Then Sally took a shot similar to Sharon's with the models .>>

<< Finally, Sally insisted on having a shot with Andre and Zach.>>

<< Just as the things were wrapping up, mother nature let them know it was REALLY time to wrap it up, with a loud crack of thunder, and higher winds!

Oh MY, and that, my dears, is a WRAP!

<< everyone quickly moved back inside, with Cassandra shutting the double doors leading out to the terrace, as well as the shutters behind them.>>

Now, everyone, don't worry! Casa De Spectra is a VERY strong and sturdy structure. Many of you have been here before, and you know that we can weather these storms, and you'll be very comfortable.

Now, DINNER will be in a few hours, so after the girls change out of these outfits, you'll have plenty of free time.

<< The KMA models would return to the studio to change out of the oufits they were wearing, leaving Sharon, Zach, Cassandra and Andre standing there with Sally in the hallway.>>

Alek should be on his way up in the cable car. He should get here just before the storm finally hits.

Cassandra, make sure that the staff has the weather-ready preparations in place.

Sharon: Elizabeth, if you have a few moments, I'd like to talk to you.

<< Almost before Zizi could even answer herself, DINA loudly indicated that Elizabeth was available, and pushed her daughter forward a bit>>

Sharon: Meet me in the library in 15 minutes?

<< Sharon smiled at the young woman as she reached out to pet the cute cat, before taking her leave>>

Sally: Alright, my darlings. My home is your home, make yourselves comfortable, we're going to have a great weekend together.

<< Madame Sally Spectra didn't know how WRONG she was.>>

Ahh, alcohol. Who ever said diamonds were a girls best friend never had a 1996 vintage Dom Perignon. Sally definitely knew how to stock the good stuff as Ava downed one full flute of champagne before snagging another one and heading back out onto the terrace. Speaking of Sally, there was still no sign of her which meant there was still no ending to this photoshoot in sight. Not that she didn't like being around the other KMA models, but after Andrew's offer to go take a look at some of his sketches later, she was more than ready to see what secrets the designer had up his sleeves....better yet, under them.

Ava wasn't paying much attention to what was happening around her, the combination of drugs and bubbly finally having the desired effects. Her midnight eyes were staring out into the distance, noting the flickering of lightning in the distance. She loved storms....the raw, unbridled nature of them. Most hated them, Ava felt almost rejuvenated by extreme weather. It wasn't until she felt a delicate touch on her shoulder then the familiar scent of Ashley as her chin rest on the crook of Ava's neck that the brunette snapped back from her drug induced day dreaming.

Ashley: "How about when we're done we grab a bottle of champagne and take it to your room? Blow off some steam?"

Ava smirked as she took a sip of her champagne. Was Ashley really wanting to sleep with her, or make Zach jealous? It was an interesting turn in events the past 24 hours. She seemed to be extremely smitten by him lately which was something Ava definitely would never had seen coming.

"Will Zach be joining us?"

She asked simply as she turned her head to Ashley, her voice low and in it's signature deep vibrato.

"You know I love a party of three....but why do I have a feeling I wouldn't get any attention from either of you?"

She asked while cocking her brow up.

"Kai xérete óti misó agnoóntas tin agápi mou." [And you know I hate being ignored, my love.]

She spoke in her native tongue while turning around to face Ashley. In that moment Sally made her tidal wave entrance as she always tended to do, wanting everyone to gather once again for photos. Ava gave Ashley a little laugh and handed her the half full glass of champagne to enjoy.

"I'm meeting with Andrew to discuss some designs. But you know I never sleep.....I'll swing by your room after and we can give this rolling thunder a run for it's money."

Ava quipped with a grin as the sky began to softly rumble with the sounds of the approaching storm. Walking with Ashley to the others, they all began to pose with Sally before individually taking pictures with her, then once again, another group photo. The session didn't last too long, and everyone was having fun which was the best part. Ava hated having to 'play pretend' in the industry and pose with people she hated. She truly and honestly loved her KMA family because they WERE her family--the only family she had left.

Sally: Now, everyone, don't worry! Casa De Spectra is a VERY strong and sturdy structure. Many of you have been here before, and you know that we can weather these storms, and you'll be very comfortable. Now, DINNER will be in a few hours, so after the girls change out of these outfits, you'll have plenty of free time.

Ava smiled and gave Sally a cheek to cheek kiss before heading inside from the terrace. Making her way over to Andrew from behind, her smile grew as she placed her hand on his arm and he turned to face her.

"Hey, handsome."

Linking arms with him, Ava began to walk with him out of the study.

"How about we go take a look at those designs before dinner?"

Inside

He and Sally talked about the ready to wear suits, and how they had insulted and derided Sally. It made Andrew angry, as well as frustrated. They'd have to be stupid to pass on what Sally had to offer: not just from a artistic point of view, but as Sally said, a dollar sign one.

Men like that DON'T like women like Sharon and myself. They don't like that we were able to build our empires and thrive by doing things OUR way.

"I don't understand - your designs put money in their pockets. Why should they care if it comes from a man or woman?"

Sally said:
"They also don't like that Sharon's models aren't brainless bimbos who will jump into bed with them believing THEY could further their careers. One of them was put in check by Ava last night. He was the same one who told ME I was "too old" to be in this business any longer.

THAT made Andrew furious. He took Sally's hand.

"You just point him out to me, and he's gone. You'll never have to see him again, and he won't bother anybody ever again. I promise."

How could they insult someone as angelic as Ava? Or, for that matter, as sweet and caring as Sally? He wondered if Ava needed a shoulder to cry on...

He suggested that maybe Cameron King was playing games. Everyone knew he was a jerk, even if they didn't necessarily say it to his face the way Morgaine had last night. But Sally didn't think he had anything to do with it.

Sally said:
He needs us just like we need him.

Andrew nodded, trying to think of a way to help, but coming up with nothing.

Sally said:
Don't you worry about me, darling!

"Of course I worry about you, Sally. You're like a...sister to me."

He put his arms around her and gave her a warm hug.

Sally said:
I've been in the rag trade for a long time. I didn't get where I am by being naive, or thin skinned, OR easily discouraged.

He smiled at her, heartened to see that she seemed to be perking up a little.

Sally said:
But I don't think it's time for me to get off the ride just YET....and I'll be damned if I let some pompous stuffed shirt tell ME when I need to go!

"THAT's the Sally I know."

Sally said:
Now then, what did you want to see me about?

He had forgotten why he had come to find her in the first place.

"Oh, Zach is asking for you on the terrace! He wants some pictures."

Sally said:
Well, let's not keep the boy waiting!

Andrew made a show of offering her his arm, and escorted a rejuvenated Sally outside to the terrace where everyone was still waiting. Sally greeted Zach, Sharon, and the models with her usual flair - as well as Dina and Elizabeth York.

Sally said:
"I'm very happy that you and your daughter will be staying with us this weekend, Dina. You made some excellent purchases. You and and your daughter are gonna be all over the high society columns at the Fire and Ice ball in your Spectra...AND Andre originals!

"You should have seen them in their fittings, Sally - they both looked gorgeous."

He smiled warmly at the young girl, who had been so hesitant about the dresses her mother had purchased, but who had been appreciative and kind as well. He followed Sally back to the photoshoot, even (to his happiness) being included in some of the shots with the models. But when they heard the rumble of thunder and saw a flash of lightning, it was time to head inside. The girls headed to change, leaving the rest of them in the hallway with Sally. They had a couple of hours before dinner, and now that the show was over, Andrew could finally relax and found he didn't know what he would do with so much free time. Probably start on the alterations for the Yorks.

He felt a hand on his arm, and half turned, to see Ava standing there. He almost jumped in surprise. But he played it off.

"Hey, handsome."

"Oh! Hello, my beautiful Greek wonder woman. I think Zach got some excellent shots of you out there. But then again, how could he not?"

He tried giving her his most charming grin, but then her arm slid around his, and it was all he could do to put his hand on top of hers.

"What can I do for you, milady?"

Somehow, his voice didn't crack when he said it.

Ava said:
"How about we go take a look at those designs before dinner?"

She was already steering him away from everyone else. He took in a deep breath, and steadied himself, running his free hand through his hair.

"Well, as it happens, I'm free at the moment, and would love to show you those designs. But they're, um, in my room."

She didn't seem to mind that, so he led her through the kitchen where he grabbed a spare bottle of champagne, and then upstairs to his room. There was a fire burning in the fireplace, and he moved to open the bottle he carried.

"If Sally's taught me anything, it's to always have champagne on hand for guests."

He poured two glasses, handing her one with a flourish, then moved over to the desk which had papers scattered over it - sketches of various designs. He shuffled through some of them, clearly looking for particular ones.

"These were the ones I was thinking of for you. This one or this one? I think on you I would bring the slit higher though. Or there's these - I like the green but for this one on you I think I would do it in black. Or I have this black which is more subdued."

He turned to look into her face.

"It would show off your natural beauty more. The dress would be an accent for you, rather than the other way around."

She looked to have startled Andrew which made her smile grow. He wasn't like your typical arrogant, self absorbed, asshole, designer whom Ava had to play nice with professionally. He seemed sweet...a little naive if you will. But Ava enjoyed corrupting the sweet ones and showing them a little bit of the darkside.

Andrew: "Oh! Hello, my beautiful Greek wonder woman. I think Zach got some excellent shots of you out there. But then again, how could he not?"

"Why thank you kind sir."

Ava playfully spoke as they walked out of the library and she slipped her arm within his.

Andrew: "What can I do for you, milady?"

She softly laughed at how he played off the way she had just spoken, her hand traveling up his forearm 'innocently'. She told him that she would love to see the designs he spoke of earlier to which he bashfully told her he was more than happy to show her but that they were in his room. Ava's eyes sparkled with mischief at that, her smile turning a little devious.

"Perfect. No one to bother us."

Andrew proceeded to escort her to his room, thoughtfully stopping in the kitchen to grab a bottle of champagne along the way. Perhaps he wasn't so innocent after all. But finally, they entered his large suite, the fireplace the main source of lighting in the large and cozy room. Andrew proceeded to pop open the champagne while Ava casually walked over to his desk where a few sketches were laying out.

Andrew: "If Sally's taught me anything, it's to always have champagne on hand for guests."

"Sally's a smart woman."

Ava replied with a smile, graciously accepting the flute he handed her. Raising her glass, she tipped it toward him in a cheers fashion before taking a sip. Andrew began to shuffle through his sketches, pulling out some magnificent pieces of work.

Andrew: "These were the ones I was thinking of for you. This one or this one? I think on you I would bring the slit higher though."

Ava smirked.

"Undoubtedly."

Andrew: "Or there's these - I like the green but for this one on you I think I would do it in black. Or I have this black which is more subdued."

Ava was blown away at how talented he was, and so humble on top of it all. Then again, with Sally Spectra as his mentor Ava expected nothing less than perfection.

"These are all gorgeous...truly, you're extremely talented, Andrew."

Her words were honest and truthful as she continued to examine the different sketches on the table. Andrew turned to her and she looked up, her midnight eyes meeting with his.

Andrew: "It would show off your natural beauty more. The dress would be an accent for you, rather than the other way around."

Ava's dark eyes left his gaze, traveling down to his lips then the bare skin of his chest that peaked out from behind his tailored button up dress shirt. Putting her champagne down on the desk, she ran her tongue along her lips as her fingers went to the hook and eye clasp that held the front of her dress together.

"So you like it natural?"

Unhooking the clasp, Ava pulled the sheer dress open allowing the silk like fabric to slip off her shoulders and pool to her feet. Standing in only the undergarments that were provided to 'blend' in with the sheer colorization of the dress, Ava stepped closer to Andrew leaving little room between their bodies. He was tall, but with her heels she met him eye to eye.

"Is this natural enough for you?"

I totally knew this was what she was going to do! LOL
Spectra Mansion- Library

[ Inside the large, yet cozy feeling Victorian style library, Sharon was browsing a section of books while she waited on Zizi to arrive. ]

[ Sally was a voracious reader. One source of inspiration for her had always been the stories she'd read in greek mythology. ]

[ At the moment, Sharon's well manicured nails lightly traveled over a row of books, all stories from greek Mythology. Her eyes rested on the book that featured Kassandra, an enduring figure from one of the most epic greek tragedies, involving the fall of the city of Troy.]

[ As she pulled the book out, and thumbed through it, her silver eyes rested on a particular line that stood out from the page she glossed over.]

... And Fate's vengeful eye is fixed....on me.

[ She stared at that page, that line, for more than a few moments. ]

[ Inside the walls of Casa De Spectra, the crashes of thunder were relatively muffled, but from one of the windows in the library, she could see the rain, she could hear it against the window, and she could see brief flashes of lightning before the next round of thunder.]

[ Everything had gone so well. The show was a success. But now that THAT was finished, and they had the remainder of the weekend to themselves....Sharon found herself once again thinking about Marissa.]

[ Her death, it didn't make sense, and Marissa's family wanted answers too. When they returned to NYC, whatever else was waiting for KMA, THAT was waiting for Sharon, and while she would face it head on....she couldn't help but wonder the same thing Marissa's family was wondering.]

WHY?

[ The doors to the library opened and Zizi slipped in. Sharon quickly snapped out of her moment in thought, and put the book back on the shelf, composing herself before turning to face...]

Zizi, hello.

[ She said warmly as she made her way to a seat, and gestured for Zizi to sit down across from her.]

I heard you and your mother had a great time today at the show, and picked up some fabulous dresses from Sally AND Andre!

I've also heard that you might be interested in the world of fashion, specifically in a career as a model?

[ Wanted to learn more about Zizi, what her interests and ambitions were. If she truly were interested in being a model, Sharon would detect that in this conversation. But if she weren't, they could talk about that too! Sharon was all about helping young women find the path that was right for them, and not being afraid to chart that path.]

Andrew's Room

She was so charming, from the way she linked her arm with his, to her smile and laugh. Andrew was amazed that he hadn't had a heart attack after the number of times his heart skipped a beat just between the studio and his room. He was feeling considerably less jittery, once he started playing host and poured her a glass of champagne. And then, of course, when talking to her about his sketches, his mind just went to a totally different place. He could see exactly what he would change in the designs to make them right for her, how he would add this accessory, or let the gown speak for itself. He looked up at her, with more than a little excitement, to hear what she thought.

"These are all gorgeous...truly, you're extremely talented, Andrew."

He paused before speaking, a bashful smile coming to his face.

"Thank you. It means a lot coming from you. Ava."

Her name rolled off his tongue like honey. And he appreciated that she always called him by his real name. He looked away, suddenly self concious - and he was rarely self conscious. He shuffled more papers around as he spoke.

"You know, you really have a gift for fashion. A lot of models, they look good when there's someone to tell them what to wear, what bag to carry, which shoes to put on. But if you look at photos of them when they're not working?"

He shook his head.

"But you. Whenever I see pictures of you, whether you're going to a party, or a gala, or the grocery store."

He chuckled.

"You always look fantastic. It's obvious you know what you're doing."

He looked up to meet her eyes.

"Did you ever think of designing? Or being a stylist?"

Then he ducked his head.

"I'm sorry, what a stupid thing to say."

He showed her a couple more designs, suggesting one more understated than the rest, that would show how beautiful Ava was, no matter what she wore. Her fingers were playing with the front of her dress, and it was incredibly distracting.

Ava said:
"So you like it natural?"

"Of course I do. Fake just means someone's trying too hard. It doesn't look real."

But in the next moment, it became clear they weren't having a philosophical discussion about female beauty in the plastic surgery age. Ava's dress fell from her shoulders like a waterfall.

Ava said:
"Is this natural enough for you?"

Well this was an interesting turn of events.

"There was never a doubt in my mind that you were anything but."

She was so close to him, and he studied her face for a moment, before he reached out and ran the back of a knuckle down her cheek. Her skin was so soft.

"You know you don't have to do this. I'll make you a thousand dresses, just to see the way you look in them."

When he was satisfied that he had her consent he slowly put his hands on either side of her face and leaned closer. First he kissed her temple, then the bridge of her nose, then her cheek. Then finally, slowly, softly, her lips. He moved her hair from her neck so his lips could kiss her there, still gentle as a whisper. He moved around her, keeping his lips on her neck, but now his hands ran slowly down her back to the clasp of her bra, which he undid expertly and pulled it off. He slid his hands around to the front of her waist, waiting for her to push him away, but she didn't. His hands moved upwards to caress her breasts, while his mouth found hers again. She tasted like heaven.

He slid one hand down to the band of her nude colored panty, pushing it down over her hips. The hand slid between her legs and slowly stroked her. He lowered himself to his knees then, and pulled the panties the rest of the way off, mouth kissing each cheek in turn, before he stood once more. He was facing her now, his eyes locked on her dark orbs, body pressing her's against the desk. His lips teased hers, before he whispered against them.

"I want you in my bed."

He wondered if he was about to wake up at any moment, or if he was really there with the girl of his dreams.

Casa de Spectra — Terrace

Zach warned Ash about Dina, because neglecting to mention it would just be cruel.

Ash: Yecch.

Zach smiled, having successfully deterred her, or so he thought for the moment.

Ash: Train the next girl to stab me in the back and take my place? No thank you. I mean, I love Morgaine and all, but she set herself up with Ava.

Zach locked eyes with her.

“Even if you trained them all, there isn’t a woman alive that could ever take your place.”

He replied, in a tone that had never been more sincere. Somehow, she was still thinking about Zizi. Maybe he hadn’t been discouraging enough.

Ash: Though I am not above pretending to want to mentor her to get her into bed. You know what they say about the quiet ones...

He chuckled deeply.

“You have no shame.”

He remarked, sounding impressed.

Ash: I bet she's real eager to please.

She really wasn’t going to let this go, was she? Time to play hardball. He smiled softly, leaning in close enough to touch her, though he didn’t.

“Maybe she is, it still won’t be enough.”

He said quietly, his gaze locked with hers. Suddenly she remembered that they’d set up a private photo session. Zach smiled and nodded, assuring her that her evening would be much better spent with him. He suggested the brandy lounge on the third floor, but told her she’d have to dress herself, which she said wouldn’t be a problem.

Ash: But brandy lounge sounds perfect. We'll be drinking the brandy, right?

“We can, if you like.”

Ash: Or should I bring a bottle of something? To warm us up?

His smirk said he’d warm them up plenty, but before he could reply, Zizi came over, as excited as a kid at Disney world.

Zizi: Hi Zach! That shoot looked amazing. Can I see the photos?

He smirk turned into a warm smile.

“Sure Ziz. Maybe you’d like to see how I develop them in the dark room?”

He asked, thrilled by her enthusiasm. Zizi politely introduced herself to Ash, who asked to stroke her pussy. Gods. Zach’s mind took a sharp turn back towards the dirty place. Zizi was just confused, and laughed uncomfortably. Then Ash offered to show Zizi some modeling tips, in her room. And off she sauntered.

Zizi: That was weird, right? It seemed weird.

“Yeah, about that—”

Sally: Well, here I am, Zach darling!

“Oh, excellent!”

He said, lifting his camera, but Sally took a moment to talk to Dina, and Zach excused himself from Zizi so he could round everyone up again.

Sally: I'm here, Zach baby....and YOURS!

“You better be!”

Zach joked, then got serious again and arranged several pictures. He even passed his camera to Sharon, so he could get a picture with Sally and Andre. Then there was a crash of thunder, and everyone scurried inside, with Sally assuring them the manse was sturdy enough to withstand the storm, and telling everyone about dinner. The group started to split off, while Zach knelt by his camera bag and started to get himself organized.

The Terrace

She and Zach were discussing the York girl. He was trying to tell her that she wasn't Ashley's type, but was it because he wanted Elizabeth for himself? Surely not. Zach needed a stronger woman than that mealy mouthed thing. At least he warned her the girl was looking for a mentor. Ashley almost broke out into hives thinking about it. She told Zach she'd pass on training her replacement.

“Even if you trained them all, there isn’t a woman alive that could ever take your place.”

"And don't you forget it."

She raised one eyebrow as her mouth turned into a smirk. And then she got thoughtful again, suggesting maybe she just pretend to want to help her in order to get her in bed.

Zach said:
“You have no shame.”

"Oh you love it."

She told Zach, a quiet one like that, probably would do anything to please.

Zach said:
“Maybe she is, it still won’t be enough.”

He had leaned close to her, and for a moment when their eyes met, she thought he was going to put his arms around her. She coquettishly suggested maybe she should keep her evening open for those photos she wanted him to take. He had given it thought, clearly, and already had a place picked out. She was about to make another suggestive comment about it when the York girl interrupted them, being too perky to believe. Ash wasn't sure whether she should be annoyed, or opportunistic. She decided to work on the girl, and see if it went anywhere. At least her flirting would get a rise out of Zach. The mouse didn't really seem to understand what she was doing, so she slinked away. Maybe she'd come to her room, maybe she wouldn't. But Ashley'd take opportunities where they came. And as long as Ava wasn't entertaining the pool boy next, it wasn't like Ash really needed anyone else.

Speaking of Ava, she'd returned with a drink, emphasis on a. Ashley wrapped herself around her, suggesting some alone time when the shoot was over.

"Will Zach be joining us?"

Ava had turned her head and was looking at her with the oddest expression. Which Ashley returned, looking at her confused.

"What? No - why would he?"

Ava said:
"You know I love a party of three....but why do I have a feeling I wouldn't get any attention from either of you?"

"Come on Av...don't be jealous. I always flirt with Zach. It doesn't mean anything."

Ava was acting like a jealous girlfriend, and that was NOT the kind of relationship they had. They were best friends, who sometimes enjoyed each other. But Ava slept with plenty of other people, and so did Ashley. It had never been a point of contention before.

Ava said:
"Kai xérete óti misó agnoóntas tin agápi mou." [And you know I hate being ignored, my love.]

Ashley took a step back, exasperated, and Ava turned to face her.

"You know I don't speak Greek!"

But then Sally came outside like the tornado she was, and Ava laughed and handed Ashley the rest of her glass of champagne. It was enough to put her back on men. She downed the rest of the champagne, and set the glass down on a table for someone else to pick up, still watching Ava, trying to figure out what she was playing at.

Ava said:
"I'm meeting with Andrew to discuss some designs. But you know I never sleep.....I'll swing by your room after and we can give this rolling thunder a run for it's money."

Andre again. What the hell? And she was giving Ashley shit about harmless fun with Zach? But her promise to come to her room salvaged her pride, and she walked alongside Ava back to the others to finish the shoot. Soon it seemed like it was going to storm, and not just because Ava was unhappy. They filed inside to change, but when she got into the studio she realized Ava wasn't with her. Where the hell had she gone in her finale wardrobe? Ash was done worrying about it - when she was changed she went to the kitchen to swipe a bottle of whiskey, and then went to her room. A drink and a hot shower is what she needed now.

Andrew's designs were phenomenal. They were classic yet sexy, and maybe Ava was bias because that was her signature style, but she knew these designs would be a hit and walking on the red carpets of premiere's and award shows soon enough.

Andrew: "Thank you. It means a lot coming from you. Ava."

"I only speak the truth."

The cool demeanor he had while showing his designs began to melt away and Ava could tell he was getting nervous again. She smiled at that, watching as he shuffled through his sketches as if he had a reason for doing so.

Andrew: "You know, you really have a gift for fashion. A lot of models, they look good when there's someone to tell them what to wear, what bag to carry, which shoes to put on. But if you look at photos of them when they're not working? But you. Whenever I see pictures of you, whether you're going to a party, or a gala, or the grocery store. You always look fantastic. It's obvious you know what you're doing."

She smirked, tilting her head a bit at him talking about her life as if he frequented looking her up on the internet or social media. Any normal person may have found it a bit disturbing, but Ava knew this was apart of his job - to watch what and who was big at the moment and see how they could profit off of it. But Ava decided to have a little fun with him considering how nervous he already was.

"Designer by day, stalker by night?"

She joked playfully. He looked up into her eyes and hers smiled in return. He then went back to what made him feel comfortable and showed her one last design that he thought would bring out her natural beauty. The dress wasn't elaborate or bold, yet it was still gorgeous. Ava looked at him as he stared down at the design, her fingers going to the clasp of her dress. She coyly asked if he liked natural over 90 percent of the plastic woman that were popular today.

Andrew: "Of course I do. Fake just means someone's trying too hard. It doesn't look real."

Unclasping her dress, she kept her eyes locked on Andrew's as she opened her dress and let it pool to her feet. She watched him as he watched her, stepping closer so they were almost touching.

"Is this natural enough for you?"

Her voice was deep and low as she stood in the undergarments that were meant for her sheer dress.

Andrew: "There was never a doubt in my mind that you were anything but."

Ava smiled just as Andrew brought his hand up to her face to run the back of his finger down her cheek. For someone who had the top model in the world standing half naked in front of him, he was acting more cool in this moment than he was five minutes earlier when showing her his sketches.

Andrew: "You know you don't have to do this. I'll make you a thousand dresses, just to see the way you look in them."

"Who said I didn't want to do this?"

Ava didn't want to sleep with Andrew because he was a designer. She knew she could get any designer to give her any dress she wanted because it meant more exposure for them when she wore it. But the moment she saw him in the ballroom, she wanted to get to know Andrew a little more personally. He was handsome and filled out a suit well, and Ava liked sex. It was a win win. As Andrew took her face gently within her hands, she fully expected him to start kissing her immediately. But much to her surprise he gently pressed his lips against her temple, then the bridge of her nose, then her cheek. The act actually made Ava feel uncomfortably exposed, her heart beginning to race and breathing pick up just as his lips pressed against hers. Most men wanted to pound her and be done with it. Or she seduced them, fucked them, and went on to the next. But Andrew was kissing her like he were about to make love to her. So soft and gently it was so opposite of what she was accustom to.

Shutting her eyes as he brushed her hair away from her neck, his lips trailed kisses along her skin while his fingers undid her bra. She felt him stop which only made Ava's head gently fall forward so her forehead was touching his; her hands moving up his sides as his reached her breast. Expelling a soft sigh, Ava needed to kiss him, her lips finding his immediately. The kiss deepened as his hands slid down her body and pushed her nude panties over her hips before he finally touched her. Ava moaned against their kiss at the feel of him, her body responding heavily to what he was doing. Then he broke their kiss and lowered to his knees, pulling the bit of fabric the rest of the way off before standing before her again. Ava's hips were pushed against Andrew's desk and his body pushed against her. Their lips were barely touching and Ava's eyes were hooded with desire as they met with his.

Andrew: "I want you in my bed."

A smirk tugged on the corner of her lips as she slid her hands down the front of his chest and stomach until they reached his belt. Undoing the leather binding, she pulled it loose, her eyes never leaving his.

"Such a demanding designer."

Ava teased while undoing his button and zipper. Finally, she lifted herself up enough to be sitting on the edge of his desk while simultaneously wrapping her legs around his waist and pulling him against her. She could feel he was hard for her, the thin fabric of his slacks leaving little to the imagination. Her hands now went to either side of his face, holding it firmly while her tongue licked up his bottom lip and to his top.

"Páre me..." [Fuck me...]

Ava whispered before wrapping her arms around Andrew's neck and kissing him with a heated need, his arms sliding around her back and lifting her completely off the desk before carrying her to his bed.

The Terrace

While her mother was distracted, Zizi went over to talk to Zach, telling him how great the shoot was and asking to see the pictures. He looked genuinely happy to see her, even though it occurred to her too late that maybe he didn't want to be interrupted when he was talking to Ashley.

“Sure Ziz. Maybe you’d like to see how I develop them in the dark room?”

"Really? That would be excellent. I'd- I'd love it! Thank you!"

She was honestly excited by that, and not just for the opportunity to spend more time with him. She had spent so much time dreading everything aboutt this weekend, and frankly her life, that to finally be able to see the the beauty of things, the fun in them, was a milestone. And it was all thanks to him. She remembered her manners, and that even though everyone knew who Ashley Oldenburg was, she didn't know who Zizi was (why should she?), so she introduced herself. She seemed to be acting oddly, speaking cryptically, but Zizi tried to be polite. She mentioned the weirdness to Zach, but before he could really say anything Sally had joined them and he had to go to work. Zizi scooped up the friendly cat once more, and petted her gently.

Sally made it a point to come speak to Zizi and her mother, though. She couldn't help but smile at Sally - she was so warm and kind. Motherly actually. Unlike her own mother. Sally had the kind of demeanor that made you want to hug her. Also in contrast to Dina.

Ahhh, I see you've found one of the babies that lives here. She must like you! She usually doesn't like to be held too often!

"Oh, really? She found me yesterday and we've made fast friends."

Zizi grinned.

Sally said:
I'm very happy that you and your daughter will be staying with us this weekend, Dina. You made some excellent purchases. You and and your daughter are gonna be all over the high society columns at the Fire and Ice ball in your Spectra...AND Andre originals!

"Thank you so much for the invitation, Miss Sally. Your gowns really are so very beautiful."

Sally rejoined the models for the photographs Zach had wanted. Zizi watched the rest of the shoot, and in spite of her mother, she did watch how the girls moved, how Zach set up the shots. But soon they all heard thunder, and Sally ushered them inside, reassuring them that the house was safe from the storm. Not that Zizi had doubted it.

As they settled inside, Sharon Kelly approached her. She seemed kind to, in fact, everyone (except for Cameron King) here seemed nice. In stark contrast to the image of fashion insiders - divas and narcissists.

Sharon said:
Elizabeth, if you have a few moments, I'd like to talk to you.

Zizi opened her mouth to ask what she wanted to speak to her about, but she felt a shove from behind and heard Dina's voice.

Dina: "Of COURSE, Sharon, whatever you need, Elizabeth is at your disposal."

Zizi just smiled and nodded to Sharon. What could she say?

Sharon said:
Meet me in the library in 15 minutes?

"Of course, Ms. Kelly."

Sharon petted the cat in Zizi's arms. Sally told them all to make themselves at home, and Zizi excused herself under the pretense of freshening up, but in truth she wanted to get some milk for the cat before she met Sharon. Once the cat was happily taken care of, Zizi made her way to the library. It was very old-fashioned, Victorian in style, but Zizi found it calming. She wondered if she could escape long enough to read here for a while. Sharon was standing by a bookcase looking at a book when she came in. Sharon returned the book and turned towards her.

Zizi, hello.

"I'm sorry - did I interrupt you? I could wait outside..."

Sharon moved to sit, and indicated that Zizi should sit as well, so she did.

"What did you want to speak to me about?"

Zizi couldn't imagine what she would want with her.

I heard you and your mother had a great time today at the show, and picked up some fabulous dresses from Sally AND Andre!

"Oh, yes. Andre already fitted us for them, and they're different from anything I've worn before."

Zizi smiled brightly, making sure to praise the designers.

I've also heard that you might be interested in the world of fashion, specifically in a career as a model?

"Well..."

Zizi looked down and away for a moment, before her eyes flicked back up to Sharon's face.

"Ms. Kelly I - it's really been my mother's dream, that I be a model. I never really felt I had what it took, being so plain."

She looked a bit embarrassed, but kept going.

"But someone pointed out to me this weekend that if I could be successful as a model, that it might open doors to...other things. Things I wouldn't be able to do otherwise."

She cast her eyes down shyly.

"I don't mean to belittle modeling itself, by speaking about it this way."

She looked up again.

"I was told that I could do it, but...I just don't see myself being able to. I mean, what I just watched outside? Those women are all so beautiful and glamorous. I don't think I could ever do that."

Andrew's Room

Andrew showed Ava his designs, and she flattered him with complements about them, which made him feel genuinely happy. And then he tried to express to her, how he saw her as more than just a mannequin. That he noticed her talent for this industry. But...

"Designer by day, stalker by night?"

He laughed, a bit sheepishly.

"Yeah, I guess that sounded pretty creepy. But it's hard to avoid seeing photos of you in the media, you know. Though if I was going to stalk anyone, it would be you."

He shook his head.

"That didn't come out right either."

He smiled, and looked in her eyes to see them smiling back at him. She removed her dress, and he was in awe of her. He kissed her, and it was as if all his nervousness disappeared. He wanted her, and she wanted him. This wasn't Andrew's first rodeo: he knew how to please a woman. But Ava meant something to him. He liked her just as much as he desired her. And he desired her a whole fucking hell of a lot. He told her what he wanted: her now naked body in his bed.

Her hands were on him, going to his belt, taking it off. But her eyes - those dark eyes - never left his.

Ava said:
"Such a demanding designer."

Her hands were undoing his pants now, and his demands were apparent. He leaned in close to her, his lips just brushing hers.

"I'd do anything you asked of me."

She sat on the desk abruptly, wrapping her legs around him, pressing their bodies together. He let out a low moan, because his hardness was now pressed tightly against her. Her hand were on either side of his face.

Ava said:
"Páre me..." [Fuck me...]

He had no idea what she said, but he hoped it was what it sounded like.

"Ava..."

His mouth met hers in a fury of lips and tongues. His arms slid around her back and held her against him as he lifted her up, his mouth not leaving hers until he had carried her across the room to the bed, and laid her gently down. He made quick work of his shirt and slacks, his eyes never leaving her body, before climbing up onto the bed and on top of her. He gaze down at her for a moment, his fingers reaching out to touch her lips before they went to her hair and pulled her mouth against his again. One hand trailed down her arm, before moving to her leg, running down it lightly before pulling her thigh upward to bend her knee.

He was between her legs, hard, and he could feel her wetness on him already. He didn't stop kissing her until he had pressed his tip inside her, when he paused, his forehead touching hers, watching her eyes as he slid inside her. God, she felt good. He could smell the scent of her hair, like fresh flowers, feel the softness of her skin. And then he rocked slowly against her, mouth kissing her neck, taking his time, worshiping her body with his own.

She had him in the palm of her hand, his eyes like fire as she undid his belt and pants. He told her he wanted her in his bed now, and she teased that he was being a 'demanding designer'. Smirking, she lifted herself onto his desk and wrapped her legs around his body, pulling him firmly against her.

Andrew: "I'd do anything you asked of me."

"Now that is a very dangerous promise."

Her words laced with seduction and heat. Anything she ask? Well, time to put that to the test. Her lips grazed his as her hands held his face. She told him to fuck her in native language and she could feel the response from him as he pressed against her.

Andrew: "Ava..."

The way he said her name? Ava knew she had every inch of him at her disposal. She couldn't help but smile as their mouths met in a fury, tasting each other in a passionate embrace. He lifted her off his desk and carried her over to his bed before gently laying her down. Ava watched as he undressed, and when he finally took his dress shirt off? She smiled despite herself. She was right, he definitely filled out a suit well for good reason - he was ripped. How a designer was this well in shape was beyond her, but hell, she wasn't complaining. And Ashley was giving her shit for wanting to fuck him...

His hand grasped her hair and pulled her into a heated kiss holding her there while his other hand slid down her body. Arching into his touch, she felt him between her legs now and Ava gripped the nape of his neck as he broke their kiss, looking down into her eyes as he eased himself in. Expelling a low moan, her fingers dug into his skin as he began to rock against her, Ava meeting every motion with one of her own. His mouth was on hers again, then her neck, and collar bone. Wrapping her arms around his back, she pulled him closer to her, moaning with each connection.

Kissing his shoulder and then neck, Ava's lips went to his ear, grinning against his skin.

"Harder."

Gentle was sweet, but she wanted to see if there was an animal beneath the posh designer. And she wasn't disappointed, Andrew making her cry out loudly and undoubtedly letting more than a few people know exactly what was going on between the designer and top model.

Andrew's Room

They were in each other's arms, passionate, heated. He wanted to touch every inch of her, taste her, feel her. And he wanted to make her feel good, so he went slowly, her arms wrapping around him and her hips meeting his as the rolled against her. But that was not to say that he didn't want her badly, because he did. So when she leaned in and spoke in his ear, in her dark and sexy voice, he was more than happy to oblige.

"Harder."

He paused, and met her eyes for a moment, piercing blue eyes looking into hers, his breathing rapid. He rose up suddenly, pushing both of her legs to one side, before entering her again, plunging all the way in forcefully. He thrust hard into her, over and over. He lowered himself, putting his arms on either side of her, and pressed rapidly into her like he was doing push ups, before switching it up and grinding against her, keeping himself deep inside. Grunting with each thrust, he leaned his head to take her mouth with his, his kiss rougher this time.

Andrew rose again, damp hair falling onto his forehead. He pushed her legs wide, holding them down against the bed. He pulled himself out, then let his cock rub against her sex before plunging it back inside her. He did that several times before he stayed inside her, rapidly pumping in and out hard.
