Oscar Nominations

Okay, the nominations are out [though it's been a few weeks lol]!

Were you surprised by any of the nominees? Who should've gotten a nod? Who shouldn't have gotten a nod?

And, finally, will THIS be the year that Leo will finally bring home Oscar?

I am really shocked that The Danish Girl didn't get a nod for Makeup and Hairstyling. I thought they did a fantastic job on making Eddie Redmayne look pretty.

I don't think DiCaprio really deserves it. I didnt think his acting was anything 'great' in the movie. What he went through to perform, sure, but there wasn't much 'traditional' acting.

I would have liked to seen Jason Mitchell and Walton Goggins get nominated but can't imagine who I would remove to add them.

 

[Clara Oswald]

I probably didn't see any of the movies so I can't judge but I do think Leo's acting ability is overrated.

I didn't see many of the movies but I would love Brie Larson to win. I loved her in United States of Tara.
