i find myself wondering if i havent messed up along the way. the Guardians of Light are NOT doing well at all.....and i blame myself for not being more careful to appoint better leaders at the start of this venture.

Electron....in my opinion was rogue from the start...having had three different identities...and Kristin and I have other suspicions when it comes to him that we are investigating........but in the mean time.....i dont know what i am going to do.

without a suitable coven for the MoE to battle...what is the point of the game? i dont blame will blade and natasha...they are doing the best they can and natasha has her own board to worry about as well...........but i just wonder.......maybe i should take over the GoL and reshape it myself?
 
I know this sounds bad.. but you know.. SOMETHING has to be done.. I mean it's just not quality over there.. it is less RP skills and more over just getting powers and levels to match US...

I mean I dont think you should leave our side, but maybe have like "Magik" over there and reshape it? I don't know how that work, but could you run both sides at the same time or, how would that work?
 
i was THINKING that Magik might just have to make her debut on the guardians of light........i would hate to have to do that...because i dont feel like i should have to run BOTH sides ..and thats a pretty sad state of affairs for this game if thats what i end up doing.

lately, ive been growing increasingly frustrated.......theres this stupid shit going on at CB (surprise surprise) which had i NOT accepted Brandon's invitation to join his rpg..i wouldnt have to go through.........im not blaming HIM for this.....its not his fault that chaos and others on that board are a bunch of pathetic little self righteous snots....but damned if i dont seem to be EVERYONE's scapegote these days.

im trying REAL hard not to start getting snappy with people........but its getting increasingly difficult.....and if i dont figure out what im going to do about GoL........:mad:

im getting member complaints about people like cecini and electron (who supposedly stepped down) and its just getting to be too much......even for me.

You can still be a leader, just take on less of a leadership role.. I mean if worse comes to worse, you can at least get in there, tear it up, set up it, and WATCH over ya know? That way, you can still be part of the game and a Leader at both sides..

Regarding CB.. Just keep telling your self... It's almost over there, it's almost over there lol.. ;)

And you know you can ALWAYS ask for help hun ;) We are here for ya, stop taking the load for everyone, and let us do what we're here for! :)

Now this is just the best piece of advice i've heard all day. definitely worth repeating. :D and actually... i have known people to tell ME this... more than once...

i've been known to take over other people's tasks in the interest of doing it myself, faster, more efficently. i'm the type of person who's all "if you want something done right, you do it yourself"

Farrah... i just want to let you know... you do NOT have to do everything yourself around here, don't stress out over everything. Delegate tasks away, OR... just say "I'm gonna take a break, you guys handle things" and trust me girl,

You've trained us well Farrah, we can do it. it might take a bit of effort. but come on, we had to wing a meeting last night, and hell, it's a right fine one if i do say so myself. :D You know MoE wont be the same if Darkchilde is gone... but if you were to take on a less "strong-hand" role in MoE while Magik livened up GoL... we could efficiently RUN MoE while you showed the MoLs how its done, and restored order... if you absolutely think it necessary to reorganize their side. Or.... you could send one of us over there to do a little fixer-upping, if you think the task would be one the one of us could do.

Why don't you shift your focus to GoL for awhile. Things here in MoE are running pretty smoothly and you have a much larger and far more trustworthy staff here than the GoL do. And you know that I am willing to help you in any way I can as well. You should be able to switch over to Magik for a time and help get things straightened up over there. You can review and focus on their trainings, bring a little life to the party and bring some new blood to their coven. From what I am able to gather, most of the things that I know are being planned for MoE are going to involve trainings continuing, the Intercoven Quest, the Hellfire Club and the assassination rotation ;) lol. Things are in my opinion, fairly stable and its not like you would be abandoning us forever.
 
okay then.......im going to set up an account for Magik. titania, enchantrah, riana, ikaris and brenthon ....you guys can hold the fort down.

ikaris, id like you to head up the training.....brenthon can assist you as can titania for they always helped me very well. Enchantrah, please watch over the AHBL (although right now there isnt much going on)

ill probably set up Magik tommorow......im too tired to worry about it now.....its hard not to go into over drive sometimes...because i see so much that can be done and i try to get to it all.

Kris is working on the make over of GoW...right now Blaze is just about finished...and XS too... the main GoW forum looks very different...im sure everyone will like it.

i just need a new banner for header for MoE and a header for the new AHBL scheme.
 
Farrah hun, I totally agree with the others, you've trained us well and I think that with the group of people that we have as the leaders of MoE right now we are on top of the game more then ever :)

BTW ENCHANTRAH GIRLIE !!! I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER TO HAVE ANOTHER SISTER OTHER THEN YOU ;)

Ok this is how it will go, we will hold down the fort, I might not be around as much as before Fleur but I'll be here count on it, I think that Will and Tash are more then cappable to do a damn fine job in GoL they just need help BIG help cause frankly GoL is a mess no doubt about that, but Farrah you don't need to TAKE OVER you need to help and reshape, I know from talking to Will (him being my bestfriend) that he's working so very very hard to reshape it himself he's more then a little aware of the state GoL is in, I think that if you guys work together that little coven can become GREAT just needs some new fresh input ;)
