i want to address something right now.


i am aware that members from either coven might talk outside the boards.....about the goings on in their covens or whatnot.

while i tend to frown on that, i cant control it...and so i dont worry. BUT when rumours start flying that im merely promoting members in MoE to "play catch up" with GoL.....THAT makes my blood boil. :mad:

we are CONSTANTLY holding training sessions in MoE. members generally have to go through THREE sessions successfully , as well as make a showing in AHBL, have a good overall presentation AND complete a member trainee task before receiving a promotion. and will, i discussed THAT with you recently.....to make a point.

i take GREAT exception to the idea that MoE would have to "play catch up" to GoL....my people are good at what they do and they EARN their rewards, promotions and such......the other dire wraiths can testify to that becaue THEY are prime examples of what hard work, good attitude and loyalty will yield. so i wanted to bring this up now and let you MoL know that we in the MoL are NOT in the habit of getting DESPERATE in our measures when it comes to the training of our members.
 
Only one person i know on my side is saying anything about you all promoting just to catch up, and still hasn't said you were desperate...just talked about the timing and were like 'huh?' when they first saw their previous level 1 opponent a post ago now a level 3, lol.
 
Like Farrah said.. noone in MoE get's promoted without earning it.. we have a very tight training scedule and people HAVE to attend to this IF they want to promote.. no shows are being cut in Gil and if they keep it up even demoted...

I've noticed rumours going on abou the sudden promotions and believe me this is all a bunch of crap..
 
Well to let everyone know - i don't speak at all about what goes on in MoE because I don't know how you work your promotions and personally i don't speak of things i have no idea of.

I've never thought that the MoE would be playing catch up at all, nor have i said anything like that. I don't know of anyone who has said something similar (or at least they haven't said it to me) and over at GoL we don't tolerate our members saying anything bad about the other side out of character.

If someone has said something derogatory it will be addressed, as this sort of thing should not be tolerated at all.

I think will is on a bit of a break at the moment to get some things in order for the new GoL, and i've had a couple of things to deal with myself these last few days, but we'll both check around and see what's up. ;)
 
Tash and Will:

Farrah's feeling ill, and she's taking a break from GoW for a bit. She wants you guys to watch over GoL, and you have her permission to do what you have to do to keep it in good shape. if you need to make changes or adjustments, feel free to do so-- just make sure you tell her what all you did when she returns. We, the staff of MoE, have enough people to take care of MoE, and spare a body or two to keep a watchful eye on AHBL, so dont worry about that, just make sure GoL is prosperous and all that good stuff. :)
