Taliban Kills More Than 100 Children In Pakistan School Attack

I was listening to a report about this this morning on the way to work. Gunmen CHASED children who attempted to flee, shooting them down!

One young girl who survived said she did so by laying among the dead bodies, pretending to be dead herself.

Taliban spokesman Muhammad Umar Khorasani claimed responsibility for the attack in a phone call to media, saying that six suicide bombers had carried out the attack as revenge for the killings of Taliban members at the hands of Pakistani authorities. But the chief minister said there were eight attackers, dressed in military uniforms.

"We selected the army's school for the attack because the government is targeting our families and females," he said. "We want them to feel the pain."

There "cause" will never be legitimate. They do terrible things in the name of religion & they are barbarians.

Violence is all groups like the Taliban seem to understand. They use violence or the threat of it to enforce their laws & ideals and they've been tolerated in this region for so long, I don't think this crackdown will do much in the long run.

Groups like the Taliban just need to be WIPED OUT.
