Okay, so since I've been watching the Boondock Saints more than I should lol - here's a question:

If someone decided to go out and start killing off the drug dealers, murderers, child molesters, etc of the world...is that a crime they should be punished for?

Yes. Murder is a crime no matter who commits it. It doesn't matter if someone deserves to DIE. If YOU are physically KILLING someone, then you are doing something wrong. Doesn't matter if they deserve it or not, unless its a life or death, self defence situation, you are still killing someone, which makes you as bad as them.

some of my thoughts on "justice" are a bit extreme:


MEN who abuse and kill their wives and girlfriends should be flogged, castrated and killed.

MEN who abuse children and kill them should be publicly black balled, flogged and killed.

I had the opportunity to harm a man who abused my dearest best friend..and i took it. I didnt care what "consequences" there may have been..all i knew was that HE needed to see what it was like to be the one being hurt.

i think sometimes "an eye for an eye" would CERTAINLY be appropriate..but when i would feel its appropriate might differ from someone else....so I have to be content with relying on our current criminal justice system....
