I was told that it was best to introduce myself first. So hello. And could someone kindly tell me how I am to play this. I have done rp on chatrooms, but never on a message board.
 
Welcome to the darkside..

This is very different from an rp held in a chatroom.. first of all you must know how to express youself, I sugest you go read some of the rp's other people are part of and clearly state your actions when you do post...

For example.. saying something is always between ".."

"Hi how are you doing"

Actions are either between :: or *

:: Walks into the room and looks around ::

Toughts are usually in italic

I wonder what is going on here..

Always state who you are talking to.. etc.. keep this in mind and I'm sure you'll do great ;)

Good luck and if you need anything feel free to pm any of us forum leaders.. there is always someone around.. further more I sugest you go read up on the Orcale's Liar and work on a bio after that :)

hey one GREAT place to check is AHBL because lots of fights go on basically you talk in the 2nd person i think...lol im really confused about different talking types (1st person etc)
 
Dragnolias, you talk in the SECOND person perspective, not the first. Now that that's cleared up, again welcome Harrison_Fan.
 
ACTUALLY... You use THIRD person, not second or first. First is Me, I, etc, which I few people use. Second is you. THIRD person is he/she/they etc, which is the format that is most commonly used in these roleplays.

Just thought I'd clear that up :)
