So far this entire day SUCKED. Claudia was prepared to enjoy a long flight in first class before spending two glorious weeks back in Milan. But of course, wherever the six or their associates are, trouble brews. After running through a gauntlet of blood thirsty zombies, FINALLY the group reached the front of the airport terminal where they were greeted by a hoard of weapon wielding marines. Please...they should have been there a half hour ago. Claudia resisted the urge to roll her eyes. She hated nothing more than useless people....which was probably why she hated the six.
As the group reached the outside, Claudia really didn't want to stick around. She was a known "alleged criminal" surrounded by local and government officals. Not the idea situation. The six and the rescuee's proceeded forward while Claudia remained behind, slipping off to the side behind a swat van. In that moment, she felt her cell phone vibrate in her back pocket. Withdrawing it, there were five missed texts, all from Clara. Shit, she must have been worried sick. Looking at the latest text message, it instructed her to get into the silver Mercedes Benz off to the left. Just as she looked to her left, the Benz pulled to a stop awaiting her arrival. Tucking her phone back into her jeans pocket, Claudia jogged over to the car and quickly got inside. Looking a little worse for the wear, Claudia slumped back into the seat, exhausted.
"Have I ever told you that you have great timing?"
The car began to drive forward, leaving the airport unnoticed.
